Convenient, easy to use, and stress free. Great way to begin our vacation. The booking process was simple, location was perfect, five minutes from the airport, and the service was excellent and everyone was very friendly.

Arrived at our hotel and they told us we changed it to the previous day and never showed up. We did not change our reservation and showed them the email reflecting that night. The hotel lobby clerk let us know we are not the first one this happened to. Everything in the area was then booked besides one room that 3 people then had to share 1 bed. Just call the hotel

The quality inn we stayed at was absolutely terrible. It smelled of smoke, nothing was clean. Many people also seem to live in the hotel. Luckily we were only there for a few hours and the transportation was fine. We had 3 small children with us and would not stay there with kids.

Hotel was very nice along with the staff. Had a very nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Airport shuttle took us to and from the hotel to airport with not trouble at all. Would recommend to anyone!!

Do not book a stay through parksleepfly. If you need to change anything or contact anyone, there is zero customer service. No phone numbers for direct contact, and email/website form inquiries go unanswered. Book directly with the hotels instead and cut out this unnecessary middleman.

Every employee we encountered was professional, helpful and genuine. Customer service, room, parking and shuttle experience was all great.

I wouldn't even want to give a 1-star rating. The hotel was disgusting. All the furniture looked like it was pulled from the trash. I have never stayed in a hotel that was anywhere near as disapointing as this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express staff were very helpful and had everything set up for our transfer to the airport! The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The driver was great!

I booked a park and fly hotel with two hotel stays for ~$350, which is not an insignificant sum. Only after I booked the package did I learn that the hotel's airport shuttle only runs from 8 am to 4:30 pm. My departing flight is at 5 am and my return is at 9 pm, so I can't use the shuttle on either end. I tried to cancel within the 24-hour window but read that my booking is nonrefundable. I am not happy and will never use this website again.

A friend recommended I use park sleep fly because in my city many flights out are extremely early in the morning. To be honest I will never travel any other way in the future. Using the site was easy and has many options.

The experience was completely stress free. Staff from the hotel to the shuttle and return is was so smooth. Almost too easy, in this world that seems to get more complicated every day.
