Ciairra In customer service was the goat!!!!! She deserves a raise!!! But also this is the third call I had to make to get someone competent, the first two calls 3 weeks apart I got the same lady who was dumb as door nails literally. But Ciairra deserves promotion she saved the day!!!!

Everything was pretty easy. No hassles. The resort had some significant construction going on with its main lobby closed. It would have been nice to know that upfront, but there wasn’t any noise issues. For the price of the package the trip was still worth it.

Overall we had an amazing trip! There were a couple issues, our pickup at the airport upon landing in Amsterdam was late and a cruise that was part of our package wasnt booked and the address given for the meeting point of that cruise was wrong. I was told we'd be reimbursed for that..tbd

Smooth transitions between destinations, plane and train stations, hotel arrivals and departure. We had great accommodations made our vacation seamlessly easy and fun.

While the hotel’s themselves were good, they were located in random spots. Felt like we spent a lot of time driving from one location to another. The Celtic Ross Hotel was not located anywhere near anything. The only place to eat close was the hotel itself. It should also be disclosed when booking that car insurance would need to also be purchased. That cost another $400 for the week. Would book another vacation again, but this one needs some serious Hotel locations revised.

The ease in booking was great. Our travel accommodations were subpar. It was difficult finding the right transfer after landing in Cancun. Our transfer was delayed. Our flight accommodations were satisfactory however the airline did lose our luggage on the way home. The resort was as advertised. The food there was average. In fact we got sick one night form bad asian food on site.

This was my 4th GV vacation and everyone has gone flawlessly.
I recommend this company to everyone. The value is definitely there along with the ease of mind having the basics covered.
I’m already looking at options for my next trip.

The trip was fabulous. We visited Athens, Mykonos, & Santorini Greece for a 10 day vacation. I included transfers which were on time and very professional. I will definitely use Great Value Vacations again. I was thoroughly pleased with everything.

Good accommodations
Only exception was the guide in Rome for two days. We didn’t enjoy her.
The guide in Venice was very good.

The value was great and everything went smoothly.

The tour covered much of Italy, which is exactly what I was looking for. All but one of the hotels was very satisfactory.

I wish a little more information about what was and was not included, had been available. Such as going to the coliseum in Rome did not include going inside. The tour guide was phenomenal. The group as a whole were great!

The price made it very affordable first me.

I am looking forward to my next adventure!

A month or so after booking do I realize that this trip was really only 2 days in Paris. We were going to miss the Versailles tour. Wine and cheese tasting didn’t happen until the day we left. Tootbus not informational and didnt stop at places they were supposed too. Hotel was good but very far from all the sights of the city. Paris traffic is horrible!

great value has always provided what the promised.

We had an amazing time both in Venice and Verbania. Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta are spectacular. We had no plan and having the mobility of a rental car made our trip unforgettable as we just stumbled into multiple excursions every day. Venice was great but northern Italy is stunning.

It was a great vacation package. Tour guides came for pick up on time or earlier than schedule. However, on our boat tour, the tour guide lack communication as for English speaking were left and lost most of the time.
The Hotel we stayed, Windsor Plaza was very outdated. No pot provided for hot water or to make coffee. Glasses provided were not cleaned nor replaced everyday. The bathroom stinks ( as their sewer system was outdated). There’s one day, our room was not even cleaned.

We loved the itinerary of our trip. A short time in 3 different countries gave us an opportunity to see Vienna, Budapest and Prague, and now I know I want to go back to each one and explore them individually for a longer time.

We made a lot of great memories in Italy, but a lot went wrong. It started with not being able to choose our seats for our flights. We ended up with seats in the middle very last row (right in front of the bathroom and galley) for a red-eye flight. That was a nightmare beginning to our trip. Then, during our tour of the Colosseum, we were interrupted by texts notifying us our next hotel was overbooked. The new "upgraded" arrangements took us to a hotel that was closed for renovation. So we lost a day of our vacation finding a place to sleep that night. Arriving at a third hotel, we were told they could only accommodate us for two nights (and we needed four). More time lost on the phone. The final arrangements were at a lovely hotel and spa, but it was not the same as what we booked. It was in a small city and we wanted to be in the Tuscan country-side away from everything. The customer service reps we spoke to were wonderful and did everything they could to make things right and take care of us. But the mistakes made this trip more stressful than it needed to be. For that reason, I won't be recommending Great Value to any of my family or friends and I won't be booking through this company again.
