The interface is clunky
The interface is clunky, not intuitive.
It's okay, but it's slow to navigate. Too, too much scrolling. Pages covering up important parts of the app. Also, I did this transaction at night. So it was hard to read parts of the app.

The call back lady was rude!!!
I wasn't able to find a way to extend my parking time so I requested a call back. This was at 8:30 pm. I live in Honolulu and I got a call back at 2:30 in the morning!!! The lady that called me was rude and obviously didn't care that she woke me up in the middle of the night. This was an abject failure!!!

Fined $58 and could not appeal on app
I went on the app. Scanned QR code. Correct date, selected 90 min. Charge was zero so I figured afternoon maybe no charge? When returning to the car - before 90 min, I got a $58 ticket. I could not appeal on the app.

It took more than three tries to…
It took more than three tries to register my car online. I kept on getting "An internal error has occurred! Please try again later or contact the technical support" message.

User interface needs work
So many steps needed before getting to an actual pay screen; as a tech-savvy user it was frustrating, so I can't imagine how difficult it might be for someone who might not be.

Unreliable signs
The signs that are displayed are inconsistent. I read one sign saying 2 hours free. But the other sign said what hours are for what cost. However the sign didn't address rates that were after 10 pm. There were about 5 groups of people confused what to do.
Also the QR code wasn't working for everyone.
If the rate is free for first 2 hours and it's any 2 hours of the day, Monday thru Sunday, that should be noted that you still have to go thru the online website.
