Difficult to Log In
Sometimes it takes so long to log in.
Sometimes the app doesn't work.
You'll need to be in the parking lot to be able to actually log in. I tried to log in before I arrived, but it wouldn't work.

QR Code took me directly to the payment screen, which offered the precise two events from which I could select. The only concern was the expiration time was not correct: Paid $12 for a ten minute window? I assumed it was incorrect because the event began in 10 minutes. As it turned out, I had no issues.

I believe you mistakenly charged me
I believe you mistakenly charged me. I wasn’t even supposed to be charged as I was there only for under 15 minutes, but I believe I was charged $25. The elevator was broken and I had to go to the third floor just to pick up an item that was ready at the office.

This was my first time using parking.com and it was easy to do once I scanned the UR code.

Must not have figured out how to use the demo. I followed the prompts, filled in the various fields and clicked “generate” and the images that appeared bore no resemblance to the sketch I selected from me photo library. FYI: I’m using a 6 year old iPad Pro 17.2 IOS
