Unfair cost
I was charged a higher amount than another guy who parked at the same time I did & entered the same amount of hours!!!
We were reporting to the courthouse as summoned for jury duty selection.

Easy no hassle parking
Bought my parking pass when I bought my tickets to t mobile. Showed the guys at the entrance my pass, they directed me to a parking spot. Literally right across the street from t mobile. Great experience!! Thank you

I scheduled for 7 hours and when I left…
I scheduled for 7 hours and when I left to get my car and head home; the lot was closed. I even got a notice to see If I wanted to extend my time. I tried to say yes, thankfullyi was able to get to my car before that window. Nonetheless I had to find a way to get out so I wouldn't be stuck paying more or my car towed.

If you only have to be parked for a…
If you only have to be parked for a short while it is expensive. Overnight the price is fair, but that's a little extreme for an hour or so. There's no place else around the area to park and this is the only option you have, no choice but to pay the price.

Your parking lot situation sucks…
Your parking lot situation sucks because it's closed on weekdays when someone has to conduct business downtown they have to drive around to find a parking space wasting time
