Label the lots please.
The location of the lot and gate agent were both great. The lot really needs to be labeled with its address. There are 2-3 more lots in very close proximity and it’s hard to tell which one is which.

Give them a fake email
I was required to submit my email with my payment and it has led to me receiving multiple emails since then about reviewing. I need you to understand I never want to hear from you. You do not need my email or my phone number for me to pay for a mf parking space for seven dollars an hour. I want nothing more than to never have to think about this experience again and if I get another email from this company I will start dismantling all parking signs in town.

Website does not function properly
Website does not function properly. Every time I submitted payment it gave me an error message. Your website ended up charging me for 4 sessions because it told me payment was not accepted and I needed that parking spot.

Great parking
There was a bit of confusion on the address of the parking lot. However, the parking lot attendants took care of it and got us parked.

No help, no signs. I drove around for over 20 minutes trying to understand what to do. Then you all tried to charge me like $8 for 30 extra minutes, Horrible horrible service to be in front of the court house. No thanks
