Spent large $$$ for a Jack Bag and its accessory handle. I was so looking forward to receiving that bag. Took it out of the wrapping, beautiful bag … until I removed all of the packing paper inside the bag, and found a black scrunchy and blonde hairs all throughout the bottom of the bag. For the large amount of money I spent I was sent a used bag!! Needless to say I reached out to their despicable customer service and they sent me some corporate email. Well this one does not play with her money! I went back and forth with them until I got a prepaid label to return the bag. No apology, no nothing. Disgusted with this company. Buyer beware!! Trying to rectify their mistake by sending a replacement bag, which I sent back to them as well. I accidentally left an attachment on the USED bag and they kept the attachment and I ate the charge for the handle trying to get my money back. Still no apology, and I finally did get the bulk of my refund back after going back and forth with these incompetent people for nearly two weeks. Imagine blonde hair for $1100, and the hairs were from a bad dye job to top it all off!

I ordered the cross-your-heart basketweave sling bag and got a strap as well as the gold chunky shoulder strap - which is pictured in many of the photos. However, the shoulder strap does not hang the way it shows online and is instead clunky and akward. I tried to return the purchase and was a few days past the deadline and they refused to accommodate. Customer service sent me the return policy, as an insult, given I had asked for an exception. I’ve never had an expensive purchase like this one not allowed for an exception - would NEVER buy from them again. Horrible advertising and customer service. The bag quality is fine.

Purchased a bag from Parker Thatch and, unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

They shipped the bag using OnTrac, which failed to deliver it and then claimed that we had “refused delivery.” We absolutely did not. We then waited more than TWO WEEKS for the package to make its way back to Parker Thatch.

Once they received it back, we still didn’t receive a refund. We finally filed a dispute with our credit card provider. Parker Thatch then asked us to withdraw the dispute and promised they would ship our bag. We trusted them, withdrew the claim—and they STILL DIDN’T SHIP THE BAG.

Now it’s excuse after excuse, and we still have neither the bag nor our money.

What makes this even worse is the customer service. They refuse to provide contact information for anyone with the authority to actually resolve the issue, and they won’t have a manager, owner, or anyone from their “finance department” contact us directly.

At this point, they have our money, we have no product, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or fix the problem.

Maybe instead of hiding behind a “finance department,” while stealing money from your customers, Parker Thatch should focus on actually taking care of customers who have paid for products they never received.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Based on our experience, STAY CLEAR.

I received the caramel suede handbag after a very long wait. I didn't like it, and returned it by mail. The refund process was long , and arduous. I emailed them several times about my refund. I'm certain they only refunded me when they did because of the emails that I sent. They also took $18.00 from my refund. The quality of the suede was not worth $748.00.

I had been eyeballing the Cross Your Heart Sling bag in platinum for many months, maybe a year. It’s expensive, almost $500 not including the strap, but it’s beautiful.
I finally pulled the trigger and I love it! I got the pink and red strap, so fun. The quality is excellent and several months later I’m still in love. Definitely worth the money.
The only drawback is there aren’t a variety of zipped compartments. I’m a big fan of hands free belt bags, my fave for everyday is my Adidas with six zipped compartments.
Nevertheless I do love this sling bag. I just may have to find a couple of zipped bags that will fit in the sling, then it will be my everyday bag.

Purchased a very expensive sling bag, used it maybe 7 times & found a hole next to the seam. Contacted the company who insisted I had ripped it & it was not warranted. Left multiple reviews on Facebook as to the quality, & poor level of customer support so they blocked me. Took the bag to a leather repair shop & they agreed the hole was due to craftmanship. Beware that you may be spending $$$$ on a bag that doesn't last.
