A £5 plug adapter
A £5 plug adapter. First ordered on 25 Feb, paid for 48 hr delivery, told it was delayed on 2 Mar, the item was on its way 8 Mar, dispatched with Royal Mail on 9 Mar - it has still not been received. Email with Kya on 14 Mar who informed me a new order would be dispatched. I got confirmation of the order but no tracking details. Asked for an update from Kya on 17 Mar but no answer. I'm told today 19 Mar that now the second order is delayed. If this company cannot get a simply plug adapter right then there is no hope for other products. I have had to invest too much time in chasing this simple order

Nice experience, could be better
I was skeptical while placing the order. However the order was delivered promptly. The only issue was the shipment wasn't quick enough as it took few days to initiate the shipment after the order was placed.
