Hi David, I'm sorry to hear of your frustration regarding the lead time on your order. Your order was placed on 25th October and we confirmed the final design for the custom graphics option on 2nd November. At the same time we advised that our usual 8 week lead time on custom graphics would mean delivery 1st week of January.
We then further updated via email last week (20th December) to confirm that your wheelset is part of our incoming stock shipment that landed in the UK yesterday. We are therefore on track to delivery ahead of the expected delivery date.
I do hope that when your wheels arrive you will be able to enjoy the riding and reconsider your rating. In the meantime, if you have and further concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch and one of the team will happily help futher.

Great experience with customer service and purchasing
Not often the correspondence is handled by the owner/founder themselves! In this case, all my questions, concerns and tech spec questions were all handled by Dov himself. I received updates as appropriate regarding lead times. And now my Alta's are on their way!!

Parcours 76/86mm Wheelset
I purchased these wheels a little while ago and have to say I am totally blown away by them. Fantastic quality and service from Dov and the team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone looking for a great set of wheels at a great price. They make a fantastic sound when riding and never suffer with cross winds even at this depth. Looking forward to getting another set further down the line.

Exactly as they promised
What can I say, they answered all my silly question and still do. I bought the Ronde from them to go on my Mason definition2 and they suit the bikes intended purposes really well. 1000miles in and the bearings are smooth and free (standard type) and they are running true. The rims have hit and bottomed out on a pot hole or 2 and though they let off an horrendous noise they are completely unmarked and unfazed by that. They’re fast strong and stable. Easily the best wheels I have owned

From my first interaction with Dov from Parcours to receiving my new wheels was a pleasurable experience.
As my order was a special build I got all the help and information I needed. Everything was double checked before the order was signed off.
I’ve only used my new wheels once but I can honestly say I am already delighted with them, the quality and build of the wheels.
From my experience I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Marks easily
I bought a Chrono Front & Disc Rear combo a few months back.
I’ve refrained from putting my review on here until I put a few events under my belt.
Performance-wise they seem sturdy enough and handle smooth roads quite well, a few bumps in the road and they do jump about a bit. I’ve tried different pressures on a local bumpy course with not much success.
One thing that does stand out was the matt finish and the fact they mark quite easily.
I’ve tried to remove a mark made by a dropped pump (of all things) and it won’t budge - so be careful around the disc!
Other than this Trustpilot review I haven’t heard from Parcours since purchase - maybe this is how they want feedback (publicly)?
Still going strong - 2023 season will see them get a full season’s use - we’ll see…

The ronde is pure black magic
The ronde is pure black magic. I honestly don't know how they made these wheels so light, yet so strong. They make my bike come alive; they make my bike better in every way. The only thing preventing a perfect five star rating is that tires are virtually impossible to fit. For this first time in almost 20 years I had to have a tire professionally fitted. I ruined three inner tubes trying to fit a tire. I know this is due to tubules technology, where is tight seal is necessary, but the experience of fitting tires on the ronde is a sub sphere of hell.

Hi Harley, thanks for the feedback. We'd be really interested to learn a bit more about the tyre fitting issue you've had. Would you be able to drop us an email with the make/model/size of tyre you're running so we can run some more testing in the workshop?
We do know that some tyres can be a tighter fit on a tubeless-ready rim, but there certainly shouldn't be that level of difficulty!

The guys at Parcours were very accommodating and helpful when I needed to swap the hubs on my wheels after ordering the wrong set.
(Although I think it might be worth noting that any special requests don't seem yo carry through when you use PayPal to order!)
