The wheels are beautiful and do what they are advertised to do--they are very noticeably faster with 40mm tires than were the original wheels. I am very happy with the purchase thus far.

Very good communication rims are great quality and delivery was prompt and on time
Only thing that could be Improved would be the supply of rim tape

I ordered a Parcours FKT wheelset last July. First off; the service: I got personal and quick replies to any questions I had. Anyone I spoke to was quick, friendly and has service as a top priority. There was a small mistake in my order and it was fixed within hours. Second: the wheelset; I cannot see why these wheels would perform any different from sets at a higher price point. They are the claimed weight and the build quality is great! I took the wheels out for a serious gravel ride. I am 100 kg. I hit a loose cobble that was lying on the road at 30 kph, almost got knocked off my bike, and the wheels are still perfect. I would (and have) recommended Parcours wheels to friends :)

Order and shipping process was highly efficient and fast. Technical advice spot on and answered any queries I had immediately. The wheel itself is outstanding; fast, well built and the tyre compatibility perfect for the poor condition roads. Parcours also went above and beyond after I managed to lose part of the hub assembly during unpacking, a cap had gotten stuck in the packaging and I never noticed until after I’d disposed of it. Parcours recognised the issue and immediately couriered me a replacement, free of charge too. Genuinely couldn’t ask for a better service. Will definitely be top of my list when it comes to purchase my next set of wheels.

Perfect customer service and great product

Parcours wheels are an excellent product. I am starting my third year riding with the Strade and they are fast, smooth and handle the wind well; I live in a windy area so plenty of opportunity to be hit with cross winds. A great product is good but having great people behind a great product makes an amazing company. Parcours has always given me the support needed, and the people have responded quickly to get me back riding. I very much believe in Parcours as a company for their incredible people and wonderful products.

Got what I needed (and more), free of charge, save for a small shipping fee from the UK to the US in a timely manner.

This is my second set of Parcours race wheels. The team at Parcours kept me up to date on delivery times and dealt with a wheel that was damaged in transit superbly well. The wheels are of the same high quality as my first set and continue to offer the latest in design and aerodynamics as well as excellent value for money. Fitted 28mm Continental TT TR tubeless tyres and they mounted easily and sealed well.
