Cut not right for me
I ordered the crew neck bodysuit in Electric Moss, size M. The colour is really vibrant in real life and the material feels good quality. I had trouble with the fit, because I don't like the feel or look of anything high cut on the bum - I really just want full coverage. I'd say the sizing is on the smaller side overall (I normally take a 10, and this usually translates to S or M depending on the brand). Customer service was friendly and helpful, and it was straightforward to return the item for store credit.

Super comfortable and great quality
Super comfortable and great quality. I have three bodysuits and have my eye on a few more. The fabric is beautifully soft and the double lining makes them feel really premium. I’m quite particular about textures so I just wish all my clothes could be made from this material! Also, they're true to size: I'm a 6-8 in tops the xs fits best but I also have a small which is roomier but not baggy

Googling for 'natural material…
Googling for 'natural material clothing' I came across Not Basics and ordered the organic flared leggings as they looked exactly what I wanted. The quality of the organic cotton is so good I then ordered a second pair and V-neck long sleeved t-shirt.
As mentioned on other reviews, I did find the length of the t-shirt a little short. But otherwise the fit for both items is perfect.
Having quite an active daytime regime, comfort and quality of my clothes are very important to me. Just Basics has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to ordering from them again soon!
ps supporting a UK small business is also a bonus!
pps I still can't believe the price of these amazingly organic cotton items

great product I love the quality the vest are so soft and wash really well.
Im a normal size 10, I bough size small legging and large size top if that helps anyone I bought a medium leggings first and they are too big

Very nice quality leggings
Very nice quality leggings , not see through at all. I have bought a few pairs now. And would like to eventually switch out my wardrobe for everything to be organic cotton. Would love to see a few a more colours in the leggings.

I have ordered from Not Basics twice…
I have ordered from Not Basics twice now. I am obsessed with my new long sleeved square neck top. It is so comfy, soft and wearing it made me feel so confident because it fits so well. The material is really good quality on all their products. I ordered the leggings too which were comfy and soft. Delivery was quick. The leggings and bra I ordered were comfy and good quality just did not fit me as perfectly as the top but still very good products.

Genuinely awful products
Genuinely awful products. For leggings that are over £30, they're no better than Primark leggings, just with a more sustainable supply chain. Both items I purchased were completely see-through and not even remotely wearable in public, and most likely won't survive a single wash. Both pairs also arrived looking worn, and stitching had come away completely on one. Returned both items and am now back on the hunt for organic cotton/natural fibre leggings.
So far customer service have been great however that doesn't negate the poor quality products.

I have several tops from this company…
I have several tops from this company and they appear at first to be of fantastic quality. Lovely soft material, great thickness, super fit. However after a few washes at 30° and being air dried, all of the tops now present a ‘bobbly’ effect. Not so bad on the black ones as it’s hard to see the bobbles, but on the green, pink and white ones, it looks terrible.

Let’s start with the positives
Let’s start with the positives. The fabric is lovely and I love how thick the vests are. I’d prefer the round next being at the front instead of a v-neck. The leggings also feel wonderful on.
Now the negatives. Unfortunately I found the vests way too short. I am not a tall person and I kept having to pull them down and they didn’t tuck into my jeans, very annoying. Also the stitching came loose in both black and white vests, so the quality wasn’t great in this respect. They are also a very snug fit.
When I put the leggings on the stitching would snap around the waistband, so again, some kind of manufacturing issue here. Great grounds for wonderful basics, but too much wrong with them for me to buy more right now.
Please look at lengths of vests and stitching!

Fantastic quality
Fantastic quality, really can’t find similar on the high street anymore! Love that they’re a small independent business, really fantastic customer care. Won’t get my basics anywhere else now. They fit true to size, and by that I mean that an XS is really an XS (smaller than what you find on the high street nowadays since sizes have been getting bigger and bigger, but more true to the actual size it should be!). They wash beautifully as well, just make sure not to tumble dry given the elastane content. Super comfortable on the skin.

Lovely quality- sizing issues
I ordered a range of tops, unfortunately the first delivery they were two small.
The exchanged took rather along time but the new sizes eventually arrived and unfortunately they are still on the snug size.
The sizing isn’t very forgiving at all, I’m a 14 and the XL is still a bit tight.
The quality of the tops is very nice. But definitely size up!
