Purchased a few items from here on my first order. I have only tried them on, have not yet worn any of them so I can't comment on durability. However I was extremely happy when I opened my parcel & tried these items on. They felt gorgeous quality and looked so lovely on. One item I exchanged for another, no problems there. When I've messaged this brand on Instagram they reply quickly which is fab ☺️ Am excited to purchase from here again. Have recommended to friends already

Lovely products
Customer Service is brilliant when I ordered the wrong size & they very kindly asked me to send everything back & they replaced my order with correct size. Love the products they are selling, very comfortable to wear, just wish the trousers came in different lengths, as have to take them up as being only 5 ft 2ins tall.

Amazing leggings
Amazing leggings! I’ve been trying to make the switch to leggings with natural fibre for a while but have been on the hunt for a while to find a new brand of good quality non toxic leggings and my expectations were completely exceeded with the quality and fit. They are not see through, do not hang and look so expensive. Size is true to fit as well!

I’ve bought leggings from here a few…
I’ve bought leggings from here a few times and can’t find anything better elsewhere! The fit is great, they’re decent quality, thick fabric, and I like that they come in various different colours, rather than just black or grey! My faves for every day are the brown ones! Looking forward to trying their long sleeve tees soon as well!

The most comfortable all day clothes
I have several pieces from the collection from zip tops, the casual yet smart trousers, flared leggings and long sleeve top. All gorgeously soft fabric and fit very well. The leggings and zip top take me through the whole day from working at home, dog walking and running errands. I even slept at a retreat night in the leggings and T-shirt and they were so comfy. Definitely my go to site for good quality, stylish basics.

Brilliant!
I've purchased leggings, long/short sleeve tops and tanks from Not Basics a few times now and they are brilliant! The quality is wonderful and they feel very nice to wear. They are the items I reach for everyday! Fit was as expected and consistent across designs/colours.

Love this brand, high quality basics. The bodysuits feel like second skin. Service is great and very personal. Have purchased a couple of times and will be coming back. Would have purchased more pieces but they seem to be often out of stock in my size.

Quality not up to scratch...
Loved the quality at first - but after two washes the half zip sweatshirt is easily two inches shorter at the bottom despite following the instructions for washing. Really disappointed as could have got the same quality for half the price at h&M...

High quality, good customer service and fast delivery
Exceptionally fast delivery. I needed to exchange one of my orders which also got dealt with quickly. Quality of the shirts are high, the double lining feels luxurious and I love that it means there’s no stitching visible on the neck line, gives a very polished look. Will be buying again!

I've made three purchases in the space…
I've made three purchases in the space of a month. The wrap leggings were my first and the material is beautiful, I struggle with synthetics on my legs so these have been a dream. They fit true to size and the quality is excellent. Since then I've ordered another pair of leggings, 2 bodysuits and some trousers. The bodysuits are my favourite, the scoop back has become a wardrobe staple for me in the short amount of time I've had it, the double layer is comfortable without being too hot and as a girly who doesn't like to wear bras it's been wonderful to not have to worry about people seeing my nipples through the material! 10/10

Beautiful fabric, but sizing is a gamble
I really love the quality of the material—it’s incredibly soft and feels premium. However, the sizing is inconsistent. While I’m a size Small in their leggings, even an Extra Small in the trousers was too large for me. Finding the right fit has been a long and pricey process. I tried exchanging my initial purchase, but when the second pair still didn't fit, I had to pay for return postage to get a refund. Love the feel, but the sizing struggle makes it hard to shop with confidence.

Beautiful organic cotton clothing
Great service, good, prompt communication from customer service. Wonderful to have organic clothing products based in the UK. They fit and feel beautiful and I highly recommend.
I wanted to buy their new Sportswear line but dissapointed that that's not made of organic cotton but blended which is such a shame because you would assume all their clothing were organic cotton which is so much better for your skin health. That is only let down. Perhaps they could change? But the rest of the range (non-sport) is amazing and I really want some more pieces.
It would also be good if I could have used my new customer code on my first purchase but because it was already on a "2 for something" discount, another discount could not be applied.
Please now stock more colours and style! So happy to have this organic cotton range in the UK. We need more like it!

At the moment, we don’t offer any items specifically designed for sports. Due to the organic cotton composition of our products, we don’t market them as gym wear.
That said, we’ve been working over the past year on developing non-toxic, polyester-free activewear. It’s not quite ready for launch yet, but we’re closer than ever!
