We recently stayed at the Pan Pacific hotel in Melbourne. Our stay vas very pleasant and the location was amazing. The Club Lounge was the biggest and best we have experienced compared to many other hotels. Highly recommended. Thank you

Stayed for 2 Nights and 3 Days. Overall service was average.

Pan Pacific London (Houndsditch), 5 days 4 nights over NYE. That we have stayed here quite a few times since 2021, says it all, really. Staff are great, with everyone making an effort great enough to think everyone even at staff level owns the hotel. Superb! Thank you!
[Just a tiny downer re our lovely room’s mattress that won’t affect the general 5-star review: it might be a good idea to turn/invert/rotate the mattresses frequently enough to avert indentation and discomfort, as the one we had bore quite a little valley on the door-sleepers’ side (as opposed to sleeper next to wall), which meant agony for me after the first night. Thankfully my wife swapped sides, and my back was the happier for it.]

The room we booked was not available and once we did get a room there was no wardrobe for our clothes. Quoted $48 for breakfast but not told about the 15% service charge on top. $115 for 2 breakfasts! And it was luke warm buffet stuff too. Never again.

Whilst our stay at the Pan Pacific London was up to our expectations since checking out we have been charged with the cost of a broken television. I won’t go into the detail of this case but there clearly isn’t an independent complaints process. Please all be careful when checking out because of any “damage” to your room that isn’t your wrongdoing!

I stayed at C Block, room number C2704, in 24 Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya, where I had regular power cuts and also no access to hot water for more than 5 hours. I stayed there for 5 nights and each night there was something wrong in the apartment. When I made a complaint to the host, they said they have a no refund policy. Please stay away from C2704, the host wants to save money by reducing the amenities that the customer has already paid for by limiting electricity and hot water supply. Won't be staying at C2704 again. The service team were also a bit slow on responding to repairs.

Hotel itself was fabulous in Melbourne. Staff had different opinions on housekeeping whether it included bed tidy and some told me making the bedding was not done on daily basis meaning even if needed tidying up they will not do, later found out yes the bed should be made up every day but changed every couple of days which is fine as i didn’t ask for changing sheets but only to tidy. Only person who sorted this was Asif the manager, he was brilliant the rest of management never got back to me as promised.

I had a delightful 3-night stay at Pan Pacific London. The spacious room and comfy bed ensured a restful experience. The hotel's modern and clean ambiance, along with great finishes and amenities, left a positive impression. The Diptique toiletries added a touch of luxury, and the excellent housekeeping maintained a high standard. While the reception area was small, it didn't impact the overall positive experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at this hotel near Liverpool Street station 5 times now am surprised at how my latest stay compares with our few first visits. Our most recent visit was 20 May 2023 in room 1811 the carpet was dirty as was the bathroom - we mentioned it but nothing was done. Also the room service was poor with missing items and clueless staff. What’s going on with this previously award winning hotel???!

Had the absolute WORST experience here (Liverpool Street branch) London.
The staff made a lot of fxck ups & couldn't hold themselves accountable, instead they cancelled my booking & was extremely rude. To be specific it was Alessandra & Senaite. never will i recommend or go here.

Stay in Vancouver for 4 nights, lovely hotel and wonderful views, it is ideally placed for the cruise ship terminal but our stay was let down with no room cleaning or make up throughout the stay.

I pland an evening there to propose, all the staff we very welcoming and exceptional.

The help me secretly arange the suit my partner and I stayed in with a perfect romantic setting.

The room survice was very good. Even the door man are happy to welcome you to the hotel.

We had drinks in the hotel that were fantastic. I canr express how happy I am with the night away at the wonderful hotel.

Personal thanks to all the staff that helped plan and set up the proposal and thanks to Walter and A.J for being friendly and very accommodating.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Perth Pan Pacific and I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent and trust worthy hotel it is just like being at home but better.
