The one time I had an issue with my server, support was extremely responsive and immediately fixed the issue. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Really amazing. I never hosted a server before and a person from the Management team has helped me so much while I set up my modded server! It's not at all super expensive and it doesnt put a dent in my wallet. Staff is friendly and responds quick which saves me the trouble! I would recommend this service to my friends 100%. One feature that I would prefer is to see how many people there are in the server using the server panel. Other than that suggestion, everything went smoothly.

I've been hosting with Springracks for 5 months, and though a few features are lacking, the pricing is very fair compared to the outrageous prices offered by other "premium" server hosts. When I first subscribed, they were a bit clunky and unprofessional looking, with not many features and a lot of the management had to be done manually by going into config files and such. However over the course of using their servers, I've noticed the improvements. Recently they implemented a built-in mod installer which wasn't available before. They have also reworked their layout to be more user friendly. The reason I unfortunately had to take a star off is because the Dallas machine that my server was running off of was down for about 2 months due to complications. The company however gave me credit for the time that the server was off, so that I didn't have to pay money for an offline server. All around a good company doing their best to provide updates and improvements over time, and will be interested to see how far they go in the Minecraft hosting space.

Brandon is great to work with and the service was very easy even though it was my first time using this kind of service. All of my questions were answered and quite frankly even questions that they didn't have to answer they were quite kind and helpful with. He walked me through every step and never made me feel bad for needing help.

I think there was a step-by-step server setup process to follow that I didn't see, or understand the specifics of, so getting onboarded was a little tricky, but their customer support was very quick and got everything resolved within the day!

If you don't have a lot of money but you want to have a good server this is the perfect host, is cheaper, it supports modpacks and mods and the staff it can help you with anything

Great service overall, been renting a server for a few months now. Had a few problems which got sorted VERY quick, less then 15 minutes before a response (which is crazy). Prices are also nice, performance can sometimes be a bit inconsistent, but good overall. Definitely recommend it!

Tried Realms as well as few other hosts before finding SpringRacks, and so far this has been the best CPU experience yet!

After you purchase your server, you submit ticket requests for help. You can easily follow the progress on those requests. We've had many questions as we've worked to make this our perfect server. They've been very fast to respond (less than an hour) and have worked hard to accommodate our requests. I like them!

Before even purchasing their service, I went to discord to ask some rather long and inquisitive questions about how things are handled. After receiving speedy responses from the team, I went ahead and bought a server the next day. The server management program is a massive help for anyone who's too lazy (like me) or busy to configure things on their own. The team is very knowledgable about many different plugins, I've not stumped them a single time with any of my questions (believe me they are long and annoying questions since I'm so rusty from years without playing the game) irregardless they're very helpful and quick to answer. Additionally, given that the server billing panel is still rather new, I was able to offer some input about how it was setup, and the things I raised concern over were quite literally addressed the next day with a speedy fix from the team. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. The customer service aside, servers run well, without lag, and the server panel itself is very clean and concise. Easy for anyone to use and understand. Even for a peon like me.

Predatory. I am being billed months after cancelling and cannot fix the issue

3 Days we tried to found the problem in our server. Employee is very effective and found our probleme very fast. We didn't see the problem, but Brandon resolve it fast enough. We appreciate the 5 star custumer services we had! I recommend it for sure

Brandon find the ways to restore our server after a crash I was dumb but he find the problem and now it work again (stupid json file corrupted haha)

This company has been one of the only company's to offer such a amazing price for their services, and like no other they have 24/7 support who are actually ready to help you rather than be troublesome and try to start arguments, I've never had any trouble with any of the staff and they all seemed too nice, the service itself is amazing, what they sell, their servers, the prices, I never had any problems and whenever I switched to a diffrent minecraft hosting service I always felt as if it was a downgrade and that I'm not always getting my money out of what I'm paying for. Thanks again to the springracks team for always looking out for your customers. ❤️

Joined the discord and they were very helpful and walked me through setting up my Minecraft server for the first time. Ftb quests didn't work but thats an issue with the mod, nothing the server hosting could do. Highly recommend!

i busted to how easy it was to have a server

Works as well as expected, meaning completely fine for my purposes of hosting a basic Minecraft server. They've been having some downtime issues lately, but their services are cheap enough to make up for it (a mere $5/month for 4 gigs of RAM (I think)).

They do offer great support via their Discord server, which is a nice bonus for me.

SpringRacks is one of the best no-nonsense hosts. I had originally gotten the idea to use them from someone else, and the service had only gotten better with time. Their payment system and terms of service are short and intuitive, a big change from other hosts which require a 10 minute trot through a legal forest. It's not the host to end all hosts, but their stellar customer service is patient and always willing to help. Combine this with competitive pricing, and it's a right choice for a smaller server of 2-40 people.
