Works and looks great. I use for hang-drying laundry in a small apartment and it is both functional and aesthetic. Setup with two people as they recommend was easy.

Very easy process, I got the LAS 2 – Freestanding coat rack I was a bit hessitant at first but the simple esign caught my eye and I took the risk. The structure of the rack is amazing, the delivery was fast and seamless. Please it is a large item I did need some help with assembly but so worth it I would buy from them again

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. To get the product I wanted, I just needed to order a couple of additional parts. I placed the order for the new parts. Nothing after 5 days. Contacted support. Said there was an issue on their end. They cancelled my order and entered a new order. 6 days later and still no update on status and not receiving any updated from customer support.

It’s exactly how it looks and such great quality! I love it! Quick shipping. All great :)

Item great quality
Instructions were alittle confusing
Didnt well explain the use of tool and to tighten the bolts had to watch a youtube how to assemble

I was looking for nice wall cloths rack and i found this KIM DOUBLE 2 in gold which has a great design and is really easy to setup. The website is well made and the price are standard. The shipping was pretty fast.

I bought my husband a wall hanger from pamo. Really love it. Now my husband is able to organize his clothes without the area being cluttered.

I searched the internet far and wide for some sort of clothing system.
Then I found Pamo. It was the best system I could find. And also the most affordable. The install was very easy.

When my son moved out, I had a spare bedroom, and wanted to make it into a dressing room. I picked Pamo's black products and transformed the room into a dream closet. Quick shipping and easy installation made it a breeze...I love the end result!

Ive had a lot of clothing racks and none of them have lasted me very long. I have a lot of clothes that need a space outside of my closet. The pamo rack that I purchased a little over a year ago is one of my favorite purchases. It looks great and has never once fell apart or fallen due to the amount of clothes I hang up on it. It also made it through a move with me. Super easy to disassemble and didn’t even need instructions to put it back together. Lovveee

I was bounced around from person to person over multiple emails of repeating my request each time. It took multiple weeks of reaching out and replying to the email responses that I received back only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. My movers of my unit had misplaced my shelving brackets leaving me with shelves with no way to attach them to my closet setup anymore. The response was that there were other companies to go to for similar brackets and that them supplying brackets would mean they would have to disassemble already assembled shelves, even though at one point these brackets were sold as a set (as I later found one on eBay). Now only 9 more sets to locate.

I ordered a number of different systems for work. Shipping was quick and the end results are amazing. We get compliments daily on how the room has transformed. I did have one issue with a bent piece (by the shipper, no fault of Pamo) and customer service resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to transform a room or closet!

I ordered the wall mounted "Kim" Closet systems. The ordering was very quick and easy. The shipment came quickly, and installation was straight-forward.

Great product - fast shipping and super reliable customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable closet solutions.

I absolutely love my new closet! I honestly never imagined I’d have such an amazing space in my own home. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. I’m already looking forward to adding more upgrades to my house.

The products themselves are well made, attractive, and easy to customize and install. The customer service is also great in answering any questions, including keeping up to date on any backordered parts.

I really love my new closet. It is in a beautiful shade of a gold and is extremely sturdy. I was able to hang on the closet with another person and have had no issues with holding up my clothes.

I had two primary issues during my experience. One of them was communication and transparency around delays and receiving my new closet. The second issue was that one of the pieces to build a closet wasn’t properly sanded and caused the gold coating on one of the pipes to be scraped. I would encourage the company to work on better customer communication and quality control.

Great products. Had a small issue but their customer service followed through and replaced those products free and fast!

The design is simple, quality, and easy to install!
