My parcel supposed to be delivered on 12 may and still no delivery. Called many times on the office number, the guy don’t know how to even talk and giving false hope every-time. Not gonna trust them again. I don’t even know if they have lost my parcel. Absolute rubbish customer service and no professionalism at all, I’m very disappointed because I have sent 70 kg all new and expensive clothes to my sisters and I lost a lot of money. This service is totally disappointing. Please do not trust them. scammers!!!!!

Worse customer service ever seen in
my life. They gave me the collection date on Tuesday but did not come when I rang them they said they will come tomorrow on Wednesday between 10 to 12am.They bound me to wait all day And I called hem about 15 times to check when they coming and they kept saying driver will call me shortly but did and finally at 4 when I call they said sorry thy can’t collect and they will book me for next week. Such a rubbish customer service, and the man on the phone don’t even have manners to talk to someone. Thumbs down 👎for their awful service but I am glad they show their real face before I use their service.👎not recommended

The person on the phone is a real crook. He cant even speak urdu let alone english. This gashti ka bacha made me wait all day and then decided not to come. These people are real con artists and need to be arrested

The company owner calls you idiot fool if you ask for missing items or damaged. He will tell you not to contact me and if you ask him a question he will threaten you to come to his warehouse and deal with you physically???

All i asked that my boxes are damaged and opened, all my stuff is missing can you investigate, he answered " You stole your stuff and dont make me fool go to any court i dont give a fck.
Sympathy for this poor guy, needs some medical attention.
The currier will rob you and insult you.

There customer service is absolutely disgrace, they have no manners or skills on how to communicate. I tried to trace up a parcel for a friend from Pakistan, who was told he will receive his parcel on the 16th January 2021. With many calls to them I got through to them, who can't speak English and eveytime he couldn't answer my question or didn't understand me he just hanged up.
However on the 24th January 2021 I called them again to find out about my friends parcel and asked them for a tracking number, first they said they don't have it then they said they don't give it out to customers after me telling them i will report them to trading standards I'm sure you guys have a tracking number if you really sent it out they gave me a tracking number that did not work. I then called TCS company in London and found out they only send out the parcel on the 25th January 2021.
Once my friend received the parcel on 29th January 2021 his items where missing, his parcels were cut open and items broken. These people are meant to be professionals and trustworthy as people spend hundreds of pounds to send their personal items aboard. I will now be reporting them to Trading standards.

This is the worst possible service I have experienced in my life. My items were stolen and the service was beyond terrible, I can't describe how bad the service was. I wanted to chase up the business so they can maybe come to an agreement with either paying me for the missing items or at least replacing them, but they did not help me in anyway. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEFS.

I will not be sending anything with this company ever again! It was first and last experience. Very poor customer service and had to call up several times to chase up my query. I was told false information each time which resulted my parcel to be delivered after 15 weeks which I was not expecting as I was advised it would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Learnt my lesson not to trust this company and staff.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I don't usually write reviews but honestly this is the worst company who has no idea about what is going on. They provide no tracking. Initially cancelled the pick up date 4 times and after finally taking it we were told 6 to 8 weeks. Now its 3 months later and we still haven't been delivered our cargo. There is no such thing as tracking as everytime you call them they say next week it will be delivered. This has been going on since 3 weeks. I do not at all recommend this company as their customer service is terrible. And everything mentioned on their website is fake they do not provide tracking or deliver the cargo on time. People using other cargo services have a prompt delivery even during covid.

Very disappointed with the service provided by pak cargo 4 u. Sent a shipment and am into.12 weeks not delivered. Have been advised by various people for last 4 weeks that it will be with is by weekend. Nothing. Shipment has not arrived, shipment is at warehouse due to be delivered. Will be with you in few days. Emailed and completed online form asking for call back nothing, asked for senior to call me waiting day 3. You get a different reason from different people when you ask for an update and even the same person will give you one reason one day and the next totally different.

Theives and Cheaters

whoever leaves a positive review for this company is one of them.
we sent a package in July 2020 8 bags and 7 were delivered in September 2020. We have contacted the company so many times initially they replied and said we will call you next day and that day never came. Now they don't even respond to calls emails or Facebook.
Please avoid and every cost . they are theives and will steal your stuff.
DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have reported them to trading standards and will be hearing back shortly.
