I wish I could give 0 stars to this company, Pathetic Customer Service. I called them 2 weeks ago to ask about my parcel upon which I was told that it would be delivered next week, I called them the next week they told me that it will be delivered by the coming week, I waited patiently. Today I called them to ask for an update, firstly I would like to highlight the tone of the staff talking to me was extremely rude, he told me that my stuff is in custom and will take another week so I told him that they have been stalling since a long time and I need my stuff ASAP, He said since the stuff is in custom it can take a long time upon which I said to him that what if it takes a year? So his reply was yes it can take a year or even 2 years, after listening this I was extremely frustrated and I told him that I have read your reviews and you guys do this to every customer, the stuff never arrives on time and plenty of things are missing, obviously I don’t want that to happen to me, the guy was like good for you if the read the reviews, his tone was so rude that I immediately asked him to transfer me to his supervisor and he asked me to call on Monday, I said to him that you’re in the UK not in Pakistan and this is the customer service you provide to your customers, is this how you are supposed to speak to them? I asked the guy his name but he said i’m not giving it to you call on monday and hung up. I called thrice again because I was genuinely mad however they declined the call once and didn’t pick the call twice.
This has genuinely been the worst experience of my life and I definitely recommend everyone to stay away from this company. I am going to report them to Trading Standards, Companies like these shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the UK.

Stay well clear from this organisation. A pathetic service, full of rubbish. If there was an option of negative stars I would've given them negative 10. Used them twice with utter disappointment.

1st time paid for air cargo which was supposed to be delivered in 5 days but there were sign of delivery even after 4 weeks, chased them numerous times with no joy, I had to find their location and paid them a visit to see where is my air cargo. Found a guy named Amir (He claimed to be the owner) there and he gave me all lame excuses and promised that it'll delivery in next 5 days but it was another delaying tactic and I had to chase again and still took another 2 weeks to deliver.

Gave them a benefit of doubt and sent another cargo via sea this time, Amir promised that this time it will deliver on time and he will make it up for the last time. To my shock 3 months have passed since I handed over my cargo to them and I am still waiting for the delivery.

Rude staff, fake promises and not capable of doing the job. DO NOT BOOK ANY CARGO WITH THEM AT ALL.

Never ever ever use these guys, bunch of liars specially guy called HASSAN. 5 months plus no sighn of cargo. Helpless. NO NO NO

Worst experience and if my stuff will not be delivered i'll get my money from them its not a joke they dont deliver stuff and there is a guy name hassan that stupid simply said even though you will not receive your stuff you are not getting your money back.
Never ever use this company

I do not normally write reviews but felt I needed to here. Please do not trust this company and use them for the delivery of your items. We sent a large package in September 2021 to Pakistan but the items have not been delivered to date. We have repeatedly asked for updates and my mother was previously advised that it is in the warehouse and someone will call her back. However to date we have not received an update despite repeated phone calls and emails. This has caused alot of stress to my my mother especially who was due to go pakistan to distribute the items.

Their terms and conditions state that the package should be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks and our emails asking for an update, refund of the delivery costs and process for compensation for the costs of the lost items have been completely ignored. The items have obviously been lost but unfortunately had no professional courtesy of a response from the company.

Please do not use this company.

I have had the opportunity to use this company and am extremely delighted the honest, polite with steadfast manners, the device I have received. Well done staff. I highly recommend this company. Everything arrived has been well intact. Thank you.

One word for this company .... RUBBISH!!! I’m so upset with this unprofessional man. My package arrived 2 months later .

Had a great experience with these guys, was super easy from when I called and my items arrived much sooner than expected.

They were always available to answer any of my queries, will most definitely be using them again!

I cargoed 5 bags 4 months ago which suppose to be reached within 2 months . The receptionist on received only 4 bags after 3 months and 1 bag is gone missing . Every time I call them they say it’s stuck in Karachi, it will arrive soon but it’s been 4 months and still pending . I got fed up and after the consultation with solicitor I am going to take them to court soon to get compensation from these scammers and fake company .

I booked my parcel for Pakistan in October but until now it’s not received whenever I call i got the same answer your shipment is with custom in Karachi this answer is from last 3 weeks

I paid huge amount for less thn 15kg parcel by Air. which was promised to be delivered within 15 days. Now its more thn 15 days and I called the customer service and they are saying its only few days over and wait for another 3 to 4 days. I was told the same thing when I called before aswell and now they keep on repeating tge same thing. My parcel had only house hold items like shoes and bags which can not stop them anywhere in customs aswell . Please do not spend your money on them as they do not fulfill thier promise and take ages

They do not deliver your items in the time frame what they promise. When you call them they just keep on lying that it will reach this week and that week which is just unbelievable

Half of my stuff gone missing.
The kid who arrived at my place to pick up stuff was quite young and seemed untrained the way he was sealing parcels. Parcels were half opened and when I requested him to seal them properly he said that I do not have to worry.
This cargo service charged me no less than any other cargo service. I felt that I should give them a try but did end up losing my expensive stuff and the money also I paid for their services.

I agree with xtrailer. This is the worst business. So they told me they would come between 9am to 11am to collect my stuff. I told my husband to start late to work so he can stay at home while they come. I rang them at 9 to ensure they are still coming and they said said "don't worry inshallah we will be there before 11am. They did not arrive. My husband was fuming because he stayed home for this and they dint come. When I got home I rang them and they said just a little bit lonnger. 2 hours later they never came so I rang again. Said the same thing but never came. This kept happening all day. At 5pm I rang and they said they went to a different town and they are coming to mine now. I was angry because all day the guy said a little bit longer but didn't know thw driver was at a different town. I said you could have told me and then I wouldn't have waited all day. I stayed home all day. He promised me they come before 6pm I said if they don't I will be ringing again. He said yes ring us if they don't arrive. Bur guess what they close at 6 so they did not answer.so no one came and I was soo fuming. This was Friday and on Monday I rang again and the man was shoeing me attitude saying they came but its not their fault we didn't open the door. I was home all day and noone came

I used their by-sea service and was very much satisfied. Received my parcels in good time at reasonable rates. Customer service was also decent. Fully recommend :)

I will never use them again because they charge me for air cargo and they drop after 1month am not using again

Words can not describe the level of unprofessionalism, carelessness and not giving two fs when it comes to these cowboy cargo companies.

They are operating with different names in the UK. At the back they are they same morons with different fronts and different telephone numbers. Any Company that has the name “Pak” or Pakistan in it or upon calling if you hear the tone of dil dil Pakistan, please run miles away from them. When rating of one company reaches the true level they switch.

Strange, every review from Pakistan is +ve and reviews from UK are negative. Dont need to he an Einstein to understand what is happening here.

If you still decide to send your stuff with them then please do understand that its better to dump those things here at the tip, free of cost, then to give money to this lot and then reaching the same fate.

There is no point writing my experience here as if they reply then will insult and lie and if they don’t reply then that’s what they do best. I just want to sum up by saying if you keep a dogs tail in a straight pipe for 100 years, it will still twist the moment you take it out. Same goes for this bunch of uneducated and ill-mannered people like things.
