Beautiful products
Lovely natural products, the Century Flower Face Mist with hyaluronic acid is a firm favourite for my morning and evening routine - so hydrating and refreshing and the perfect mist before applying serums and day/night cream.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about The Impossible Tan™ Hydrating Self Tan Drops, we really appreciate it.
We would like to reassure you that this is cosmetic and temporary and will fade naturally over 7–10 days as skin sheds.
We use naturally-derived DHA that reacts with amino acids in your skin's outermost layer. This happens uniformly across all skin, including areas of existing pigmentation like sun spots. The tan will develop there too. As sun spots already have more melanin, they can end up looking a shade deeper as the tan builds.
Please check your email for more advice and we can suggest a more suitable product for your skin type.

I had never used any pai products…
I had never used any pai products before, but I ordered something from marks and Spencer’s, and I added some middle mist cream cleanser to my order so I didn’t have to pay postage, I absolutely love this cleanser I will never use anything else now, since then I have ordered the rose hip oil from the Pai website and I love that too, i can safely say I will be ordering more products, the service is good too

After trying Pai for 3 months this is…
After trying Pai for 3 months this is my honest review.
I got the Pioneer moisturiser, phytofill and mushroom boosters, the cleanser and eye cream.
The pioneer moisturiser I didn’t feel was that matifying. The boosters came half empty and for €20 each I expected at least a full bottle. The mushroom didn’t calm my skin and the phytofill did nothing either.
The cream cleanser was ok probably the best out of the lot but even then felt heavy. Lastly the eye cream also seemed to do nothing too. I did find my skin felt smoother but complexion wise my skin wasn’t feeling this brand at all. I was still getting acne at the same rate and my redness wasn’t calmed.
For the price of these products I expected better and nothing the brand The ordinary can’t do at the fraction of the cost, wouldn’t purchase again. Way too expensive.
Just to add, I finished my pioneer bottle and thought I had loads left…opened it up to find a plastic bag!! I thought the product eas in the glass and because it’s frosted it’s so misleading how much you have left!
Also ew to plastic! You think you’re buying from an eco brand but you’re not!
For all the reasons stated I wouldn’t purchase from Pai again and will be moving to another brand that’s more cost effective.

Plastic is still plastic regardless whether it’s bpa free which means nothing really as it’s made from plastic still at the end of the day, I don’t see the point in the glass container and should just be in a plastic container at that rate.
Secondly I don’t see the point of reaching out to customer service as I can’t show it’s half empty and I doubt they will do anything for me as others here have stated the boosters come basically empty and your ripping people off.
Still wouldn’t purchase again.

We’d also like to reassure you about the pouch inside The Pioneer. As we preserve our formulas using naturally derived ingredients, the airless pouch helps protect the formula and keep it in optimal condition. It’s made from a food-grade copolymer, is free from BPA and phthalates and is approved by COSMOS. The pump can also be separated from the bottle so the glass can be recycled.
We really appreciate your feedback, and our team is always happy to offer advice on your routine or recommend products better suited to your skin concerns.

Irritant ingredients to sensitive skin
The company states their products are for "sensitive skin". Many of the products contain citrus water, lavandula angustfolio which is English Lavender. Both of these products are well-known irritants to rosacea skin, eczema skin and other sensitive skin issues.

Always on my shelf!
Pai is wonderful.
I’m using the Anthemis religiously as it is the only cream, which keeps my sensitive skin calm. Delivery is always super fast and reliable.

Quality products but expensive
I've ordered several of these products and have been really pleased with them. They work well for my sensitive skin and I can't fault the quality. I'll definitely continue ordering.
The only reason I've given 4 stars is the price. I understand the ingredients are good quality, but I do think the products are quite expensive, especially as the bottles are fairly small. I'd give 5 stars if the price point was a little lower.
