Inflamatory for skin
I found their cleansing gel and best selling moisturiser to both be really inflammatory for my skin. I tried using both daily for one week and after that my skin had noticeable red pigmentation and patches as well as having more spots which actually all disappeared within a few days of stopping using the products.
The products contain oils and scents which is what I believe caused the issue and the moisturiser feels too thick and heavy also.
The one positive with the product is that the packaging, product bottles and experiences using it are all feel highly premium and luxury. I wish everyone put as much care into the product design as they did with these.

Amazing, natural skincare brand. I recently had quite a prolonged problem with facial eczema, which my usual natural oil’s weren’t quite up to. I added in Pai Rose hip oil and my skin has responded really well. No more dry flakes! Excellent customer service as well. A very authentic, reliable business.

Good face moisturizer and serum
The two items I got (face moisturizer and serum are very good and I really like the texture and the fact that the face moisturizer is not greasy at all. However I’ll need to use them for a while to see if they are benefiting my skin.
Delivery was fast but I’m not so keen on your website. I found the email you sent after specified the products that I can use much better than the website. All in all I’m happy so far.

Customer service inexistent
I have ordered a couple of products from pai. Their spf face cream doesn’t work for me, it’s too heavy and makes my skin sticky.
I have contacted them twice to say I would like to return it, as per their policy. No response yet.

This oil is lovely
This oil is lovely, glides on nice and creates a soft glow and then soaks in for turbo moisture. You can skip moisturiser or add for extra layer. Will start experimenting with other Pai products now, as can see it’s a great company.

Pleasing results
I have used Pai for many years now. My skin is so much better than before.
