As of 4/16/2026 part still is "processing" no phone calls ever are answered, absolutely terrible email response. Three messages before a reply. and the reply was useless. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company

Placed order March 7, following week they had collected my funds from Master Card and advised me that hood was in the paint department. Following week asked for an update and told me that painted parts take 15 working days and next week I will receive a shipping date. Called and send e-mail, they told me that painted parts take 15 days (3 weeks x 5 working days, that I should receive a shipping advice, but not reply to e-mail. Called several times buy nobody answer the phone and send several e-mails. Nobody replies to e-mail and finally answered the phone and when I asked for shipping date the woman answering the phone told me that she had to put me on hold to find out the shipping date. After 58 minutes waiting, I hand up. Called again but nobody answers the phone. Left voice mail and sent text message. I think that this is a rip0ff outfit and for this reason they do not accept AMX card or advertise on E-Bay, as they will not qualify. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Don't trust the "In Stock" claim
Their website said the part was in stock and (since non-painted) would be ready in 2-5 business days. After almost 3 weeks, they said they were still sourcing the part. Don't trust that the part is "in stock" regardless of what the website says...
I was sent the wrong fender
I was sent the wrong fender. I ordered a replacement for my Lincoln MKC and received a fender for a Hyundai Tucson. I have sent countless emails and forms with ZERO response.

I would 100% NOT recommend anyone to buy from them, on Feb 18 of 2026 I placed an order and it said 5 to 10 business days for unpainted parts and 10 to 15 business days for unpainted so I chose the unpainted just so that it'll be here sooner, we'll by March 17 I still didn't have the part ( even though I was emailing them for updates how soon it'll be now till they ship it, without a response) so on March 17 I called them because the weren't responding to my email, and you all know how those businesses are, if you call them they don't pick up, so I left a voice mail saying do not ship the part its going to be to late, and sure enough they shipped it the next day (March 18)..I understand that it might be a few days later to ship some items, but over 19 business days is just ridiculous, so now I can spend money to send it back (because they of course don't cover that, even tho I let them know BEFORE they shipped it that I don't want it anymore) and just hope I'll get my money back..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered the wrong part by mistake and I sent an Email but never heard back from them so after 2 weeks I called and they told me to fill out the form online which I did.
I was told it will take 24 to 48 hours to hear back from them and after 4 business days I called and they told me to Email the claims department. still have not heard back from them please save yourself trouble and never purchase from this place.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. The part I received did not fit. I attempted to contact them 2 different ways, 2 different times and received ZERO response. It's extremely frustrating to not even get a, 'we received your issue and too bad', but instead nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a fender for 09 honda accord in October 2025. As of today Jan 20, 2026, I have still not gotten it. I sent multiple emails only to be told to check my tracking. Fender seems to be stuck in Texas since October 2025. I'm in Alabama. I got no help from Painted Auto Parts. Filed a claim to get a refund and haven't heard from anyone. I called today, Jan. 20 2026 to talk to customer service, and was told that they had shipped part and that's all they could do. They did nothing to help. I'm out of $243.73. Take my advice, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PAINTED AUTO PARTS 125 W. Fay Ave.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered a painted bumper for a 2023 Mazda MX-5. The bumper came in 3 shades off color, as well as the wrong flake color and flake size. It was HORRIBLE! When i called BEFORE i placed the order i was told that i could not buy extra paint for blending, but the bumper wouldf match perfectly or be repainted with a sample body panel. LIES!!!!!
When i contacted them by phone, there was no response, but left a message. I emailed with no response. After two weeks, I threatened to do a chargeback. I got a response to fill out a claims form, which i did IMMEDIATELY! After again no response for a week i again threatened a chargeback and called and talked to Alex. Alex said they would have NO PROBLEM selling me a quart of paint to blend the bumper and to repaint it to match a sample. He asked that i send pictures. I sent pictures and have not heard from them since. 10 phone calls and 5 emails later, I did a chargeback! Absolutely GHOSTED me.

Save your money for another company
All the good reviews are perhaps a lie? I ordered a fender and paint job from them. They sent me a fender that was damaged during delivery,because it was packaging disqustingly. First, they started discussing a return, then a replacement. They even suggested I repair the fender myself. Then they stopped responding and blocked phone. I paid more than $400. Think carefully before ordering from this company.Perhaps you can spend this money elsewhere.

I ordered a hood for my 2023 Honda Pilot and waited five weeks with no updates. When I finally called to check, I was wrongly told it had already been delivered. After contacting the shipping company, I learned it hadn’t even arrived.
When the hood finally showed up, it was the wrong color and aluminum instead of the steel hood I paid for.
I’ve opened multiple claims and called countless times, but no one ever returns my calls. Every time I’m transferred to the claims department, no one answers.
Do NOT buy from this company — terrible customer service, unreliable shipping, and no accountability. You’ll waste your time and risk losing your money.

items were packaged very good. arrived 1 day after they shipped. (same state). if you go into this knowing it might be a month for painted parts,we want it all now in this pushbutton age. they probly cant get much done with the phone ringing all day. quit calling and slowing them down. for contacts,chat bot is no good,phone is hit or miss.the contact form is the way to go. so other than the wait time i give them an "A". if you order wrong its not their fault. no i didnt get paid for this. you just dont hear about the satisfied customers because they just go on with life,But if you have trouble,your more likely to post a bad reveiw. out of thousands of orders,yes there will be mess ups. it went great here. posting this in case you have worries. just be ready for car to be down a month.
Expect to receive damaged parts from poor packaging!
So back on 5/01/25 and after going back and forth on who I would purchase two new fenders from I decided on this company. I did go through reviews for them along with other companies and due to their history of being in the auto body business for a substantial amount of time I thought they were my best option.
So the process of ordering and time line for receiving finished product was good however their packaging of products being shipped just plain out sucks! On my order both fenders came in damaged. I took pictures and notified them right away. I ended up keeping the drivers side even though it had some minor damage but the passenger side was damaged beyond repair. They did ship me a replacement but the packaging of the replacement was just as bad as my original shipment so I once again received another damaged fender. They package product like it being delivered locally in the back of a pickup truck! On numerous occasions in my dealing with them I questioned their packaging process but never got an answer from them. It’s like they just don’t care about someone paying for new parts but receiving damaged parts at best. Seems like a racket where they just wear you down so you take the crap they send you and it is obvious they never plan on improving their packaging to ensure you get what you paid for. Reason why they most likely would not answer my questions on the packaging process.
To me it seems like they sell you new but send you damaged as a result of the shipping and then they probably put in claims on your damaged parts and get reimbursed from the shipper. This allows them to make double the money on each sale! Given this why would they answer packaging questions and or provide better packaging.
On a positive note I would like to say they did refund me some money on the second damaged fender I received. This is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars.
Here is an actual part of a reply I sent to them:
“So I am not going to pursue another replacement fender from you. I will deal with the crap you sent me.
Pretty sad when a customer purchases new but receives damaged goods not once but twice. It’s obvious by your lack of transparency and inability to answer my questions on your packaging that we could keep doing this over and over and I would never receive product without damage. Don’t even understand why anyone would run a business like this especially if they don’t even want to improve their packaging to help guarantee a customer gets what they paid for”
My advice, stay away from this company and go with someone who will package the parts you purchase better and are also willing to answer direct questions as to just how they package parts being shipped.
There are other choices out there for suppliers who provide the same service this company does. Don’t make the same mistake and use these jokers!
Rude and disrespectful works with no Leadership on site
Both times I called, I was cut off by disrespectful workers. One woman told me they are behind because they have so many orders. I told her it was unacceptable and had to ask to speak with a manager. She sent me to a full VM. I called back and spoke with Alex from the time he said Hello, and he had an attitude. We began to get into a disagreement. Alex asked me a question, then cut me off when I was answering, and then told me to calm down. The fact that Alex's voice was already elevated and agitated when he answered the phone was dishearten I asked for the Manager Alex said he's not here, so I asked for the name he said Anthony I asked for the last name he would not tell stating he did not know it I asked for the email he told me to go online well there was no email. Maybe Anthony needs to be in the Office to make sure they're caught up with production and teach his employees how to handle paying customers. I spent over $600.00 to get an attitude and lies about my order is beyond comprehension. All because I called Alex out, he told me I reached out last Friday,7/18/2025 not true. I reached out Friday, July 11th via email. Whoever responded on 7/15/2025, they responded that the order will be shipping out in the next 48-72 hours.7/16/2025 I asked for a tracking number they told me I would receive an email. today is 7/23/2025, which is more than 72 business hours. and when I called Alex out, he just got louder with me. Finally, I hung up. I hope whoever the owner /leadership is reads this to see how bad their employees are to customers.
Poorly wrapped, damaged
After waiting a month for a Honda fender, it arrived with half of the metal uncovered. Presumably they had wrapped it prior to shipping but it was wrapped so poorly that whatever protection it had was gone. It (obviously) arrived damaged, dented. Polite emails went unanswered except one which directed me to the policy that read “if accepted and signed for it can not be returned — however, the shipper (I believe it was USPS) just left it at my door so I’m out of luck. It fits and the paint looks good, but it’s dented - so, ya know, not really worth it, is it.

So I ordered a fender for my tundra and it came color matched perfect. Got here fast. There was a tab bent where the bolt goes on top but that was due to shipping because my box was torn a bit like the carrier handled it ruff. But it came perfect and the paint looks great on it. I wouldn’t listen to some of these negative reviews whole hartedly because I had an easy good experience with them.
