The issue with this company is that they will not respond to any inquiries after they deliver the wrong part. I had contacted them on several occasions at the number and the email that I was given. There has been no response at all to the fact that they sent me apart, that was not even the right part for my vehicle. They also had painted the part in the wrong color. So I am left now with a loss financially from this company. All I can say is anyone who uses this company is going to get scammed. I guess they just send parts out and whatever you get at the end of the day if it’s wrong, they will never contact you or reach out to you to resolve any issues. I’ve lost a lot of money with him now over $300 for a part that I ordered. I have no idea why this company continues to stay in a business and why people even use them. This is something that I’m seeing they’re doing with a lot of other people and I feel like this is a scam that they’re running with their company.

Item was poorly shipped, resulting in damage. The paint job was inadequate, I contacted the company on multiple occasions to rectify the situation. You cannot make contact with anybody there. All the mailboxes are full nobody returns a phone call or an email. This company has hundreds of negative reviews against it on the Better Business Bureau website. They have been directed by the Attorney General's office of Chicago to work out a settlement with me as of today's date, they refuse to.
The only thing this company is in business of doing is ripping you, the customer off. I will continue to work with the Attorney General's office of Chicago against this company.

I placed a order and heard nothing for 7 days so then I called them the ladies put me on a hold and said the warehouse had my order on hold and was checking why. She came back and said the bumper I ordered is out of stock but they have another 1 for $60 more. Mind you no call or email prior and now that im calling they want more with no prior notifications etc then the b had nerve to get a attitude with me because they fugged up I wouldn't let this place paint my bicycle!

Pre painted parts were ordered on 11/20/2023. The order arrived on 12/07/2023 and an inspection of the items showed one part damaged by the transportation company. Photos were taken and a damage claim was submitted via chicago auto body's on line damage claim function. Numerous requests for follow up information have gone unanswered.
