I don’t know where to begin…

I just purchased my first home and the team from Page & Wells in Larkfield could genuinely not have made it a better experience for me if they tried!

Phil (the branch manager) went above and beyond from start to finish. He kept me in the loop even when there was no news, he reassured me when things were looking rocky and he knew all the details end-to-end process like the back of his hand.

I had 100% faith in Phil and his team, this was important because it was all new to me.

Phil, Coral and everyone else from Page & Wells didn't just handle the process professionally but they felt like great friends/ family by the end of it. This hasn’t been excellent customer service, it’s been absolutely outstanding.

Mike and the team impressed from the start. We really felt that they understood the local market and were giving us honest advice. A quick sale was achieved but we did encounter issues lower down the chain due to changing market conditions. The team were very supportive and did all they could to keep pressure on the various parties. Thanks too to Nicola for responding promptly and calmly during the stressful concluding stages.

As we live abroad, have next to no knowledge of the UK housing market, and were selling the house on behalf of my very elderly father, we weren't expecting it to be easy. But thanks to the very competent, professional, helpful and friendly staff in Bearsted, everything went very smoothly, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were always on hand with invaluable advice, support and recommendations at every step of the way and went above and beyond when some technical problems occurred at the (unoccupied) house. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell property in the area.

No issues, no stress and they even passed information from me to the buyers solictors to make things quicker and smoother.
I would say the house sold very quickly. One day of viewings and I had a number of offers. Two bed property in snodland. Realistically valued. Sold (meaning completed) in less than 3 months.

I would say I have used other estate agents before and this is the only one i would recommend.

James and Adam were amazing, they went above and beyond from start to finish. We could not fault them at all.
