Units failed in 2 weeks
Ordered 3 units. Took "forever" to receive them. They worked for 2 weeks and failed to recharge. Now just as useless useles as their customer service seems to be!

All I am seeing in all of these reviews, is people being sent extra units and then unable to rectify the issues. Or otherwise they are simply trying to return for one reason or another. Which is very off putting to myself. I don’t think I will even bother now. Thanks trust pilot.

Ease of ordering.

Die Abwicklung der Transaktion verlief problemlos. Die Lieferung hat etwas gedauert, aber schließlich ist die Ware gut verpackt angekommen.
Das Produkt ist beeindruckend, einfach zu bedienen und einmal geladen, läuft das Gerät jetzt schon 4 Tage. Die Wirkung ist zu bestätigen, wird der Kühlschrank geöffnet, fehlt der Nahrungsmittelgeruch, dafür riecht es kurzfristig leicht nach Ozon.

Staff was able to locate my order and said would send me instructions to return 2 refrigerator items. I ordered one but the order system said I ordered 3 and I called back immediately to correct the order to one, but staff said could not be changed, but I could return 2 when the order arrived.
My Ozoori quit working after running 3 days
My Ozoori quit running after 3 days. I tried recharging when the red light turned green it didn't start. I am disappointed it didn't work. The company is responding to my questions
and I am appreciative. I wasn't looking for a refund but looking for any suggestion that might work. The power button is not working after charging.

From frustration to relief
I have been driven mad by fruit flies for weeks and no matter what I tried to be rid of them, there they were again! Your ad was like a message from Heaven with all the information about the life cycle. I coudn't get moving quickly enough to get my order off. I had a little problem changing my payment details, which frustrated me, but persisted until it worked and all followed quite smoothly. Almost immediately I received an email from you and things were underway. Thank you so much and cannot wait to set Ozoori up and be freed from these pesky flies forever.

04/30/2026 UPDATE ON THIS COMPANY - NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS:
For original review please see after these comments added after several emails back and forth with “customer service” representatives…
Even though I’ve made it clear to them that after determining that all four of my Ozoori’s were defective and requesting a 100% refund, they first said among other things, the items had to be UNUSED. When I challenged them on that, I was first offered @25% refund. I refused. Then @45% refund. I refused. Then @75% refund. Refused again, telling them I’d filed a complaint with both PayPal and American Express to get my $$$ back since it is clear they don’t want to give full value back against their defective products.
After that I was offered a refund IF the items met ALL of their “rules” & “terms and conditions” which were never presented to me at point of ordering. Since it is not possible for me to meet all of their conditions I gave them four requirements of my own that essentially allows me to return them at no cost to me. They are undamaged, though not functional and will include the charging cables. All packaging has long since been discarded since 3 of 4 units did initially work until having to be recharged. How many of us keep all packaging for weeks or longer, on relatively minor purchases?
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered four ozoori units. One arrived dead and unable to charge. The other three charged once and then wouldn’t charge again.
Left a message for Ozoori customer service via their provided email address and haven’t heard a word from them since. That’s been about 10 days ago now. When I submitted request for support, at the time I only knew one item simply wouldn’t take a charge or turn on. As it turns out and further noted in these comments, the other three units failed to take additional charging and turn back on. Effectively, I paid for and have four pieces of useless junk.
No other avenue found to request support…
Save your time and money - don’t buy the product. I have to wonder how much money the various magazines that were shown as endorsements were paid for their reviews?
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: when opening the boxes I noted that the “inspection/inspected” box on the multilingual “manual” for what I presume is for quality control on each item was empty. No “Ozoori” name on the product, just “pretty pictures” and the product description of “deodorizer.” Also, no packing slip with the delivered devices that provided information on my order itself, nor what was shipped or who shipped them. Absolutely no information at all and nothing in/on the boxes telling who sent it, or any information about how to reach out if there were issues. Nothing but pretty pictures.
If this doesn’t look like or smell like a scam, I can’t think of any better indication of one…

Double order mistake
I went through the order process on my phone up until the submit. I checked my pc for more information and reviews about the product. I went back and completed my phone order for 4 units.
very soon after that I received a confirmation message that my order was executed! Really fast! But then I also received another message that my order with another number was also executed! The second order was a mistake and I immediately tried to cancel it! Response was rapid and the customer service people were polite and said I'd get a refund. But my credit card record showed I was billed twice for over $300. I sent multiple messages and always got a nice response. But yesterday, about 2 weeks later, I got two packages, both my original order and another one. When I asked how could I return the second one and get a refund, I got this survey request. It might be advisable for the company to wait a few hours after they send the confirmation email to start an order. This would give the customer a few minutes to cancel if there had been a mistake.
