Horrible customer service, takes ages to respond to basic questions, trying to following up a refund that they have been unresponsive to, don’t waste ur time here

I purchased a sun umbrella. When I received it it was missing the catch to hold it open to use. I messaged them on the last message from them telling me it was on its way. No answer. I then messaged again with photos via there return /faulty. No response again. I sent an email this time hoping to at least have an acknowledgement of email
Nothing. I have been asked to rate them. But nothing actually regarding the faulty umbrella. Which I really liked and can't get a reply to have it replaced. Very disappointing.
Their hats don’t have an adjustable strap inside, like you buy a pair of shoes without laces to tighten the shoes. No UX taken into account. And they call themselves “smart” - what smart about it? Go for other brands or you’ll take on a big risk that the hat won’t fit you, and hassle post purchase.
Cheap products. Bought a sun umbrella that broke after about 4 uses. Gave them a one star on their website and it wasn’t published. They only publish 5 star reviews. Second product I have purchased from them that is made from cheap materials.
Perfect hat for Australian conditions. Beautiful colours, with a really wide brim and convenient pony tail space which keeps the hair off of your neck and helps to stay cool. They fit really comfortably and are light to wear. Easy to use website and packaging and delivery were great. Washable as well. I bought 3 hats and leave one in the car for convenience.
I ordered two hats at the beginning of December. A message from the courier stated it had tried to deliver and no one was home. This was not true. The courier company never tried again to deliver. I did get my refund from PayPal. Very disappointed in OZ SMART as their customer service was very poor.
