This business is amazing. My parcel containing the gardening sleeves I ordered went missing after being incorrectly delivered to someone else in my city here in NZ by NZ Post and I emailed Wildly Ready in Australia and Krisha contacted Australia Post to start an international missing parcel investigation with NZ Post to locate my parcel. She emailed me over the next few days to keep me informed, then kindly let me know the parcel had been found by NZ Post and delivered to me, and it was indeed waiting on my doorstep, here in NZ today. I am so impressed by this great customer service and awesome communication. The sleeves fit well and I am looking forward to getting out into the garden this weekend. Thanks Krisha and Wildly Ready - you guys rock!

Their measurements online for their hats and sleeves are off. I measured my head circumference for the hat and went for the size they said would fit and it was still to small and the same for the driving sleeves I measured the top of my arm for circumference and went to the size shown on their website and in there website measurements their should have been some leeway, but that isn’t the case, it’s still to small and void of any stretching of material yet they advertised as being stretchable material for the driving sleeves. I requested a refund which they are happy to do but they want me to pay for postage and then they said they would discuss and call me back about the refund ! They should be able to tell immediately that hat has not been used and is in it’s packaging it came in. I wouldn’t bother ordering anything from them because even when you over estimate your measurements there’s no way of knowing the items will even fit you and they could still be too small, everything is on the small side for sizing, it’s like they are marketing towards size 10 people only and at over $100 for my order and I now have to fork out for returns then I would have been better not ordering at all.

My XL gardening sleeve did not fit despite my arm measurement being in the range on the size chart. I had to pay to return the product after emailing a requested photo showing the size of my arm! I told them that the top width of the original product could not stretch to the sizes given on the size chart & asked for the next size up. I had bought one that size for my daughter & it did fit me so I thought all would be good after all the run around. I was so disappointed that the new sleeve doesn't fit! There is not enough quality control for these products or Wildly Ready's size charts are just wrong. I suggest you do not buy these if you have large arms.

Awesome service. Beautiful designs, many to choose from. Perfect for Australian hot weather. I had trouble deciding on which I liked most so I bought 3. Then I bought more for the gardeners in my family. Very happy.

I couldn't be happier. Received my sun sleeves and they were beautiful, just a little small and tight for me. I approached the company to ask if they could be exchanged for a larger size? No problem. Sent the originals back, the company searched for one of the pairs in a larger size and found some. They went above and beyond especially in this mad Christmas rush period. Well done, I'll be back for more soon.

Love the concept and choice of patterns, but I am finding that if I wear the sleeves for more than an hour or so, my arms become a little sweaty and start to redden up and itch.
My sensitive skin isn't happy with the material used for the sleeves and cotton would be better, but that's just me.
Having said that, I won't return them because they work - although in small doses it seems. Much better than slathering my skin in sunscreen!

I made a mistake with the size of a pair of sleeves. The company's customer service help was fast, friendly and very helpful. Offered several options and finalised everything the same day. Looking forward to trying out their product!
