Oxygen Property Management Anmeldelser

The staff were professional and friendly and always available to help

Horrid. Useless landlords are unable to read and respond to emails, even the simplest of questions, and they will try and steal your bond.

Oh I know the bond has been sorted (by the time you responded), it did however take days of trying to get my questions answered about what the charges would be for before you all finally gave up and got it back to me. So I believe "try and steal your bond" is still accurate.

A further edit, when I said sorted, I did mean the bond form had been signed. I have now had to chase to ask where the refund actually is, so I have still not received the bond refund yet.
They will try and steal your money.

Oxygen are the best! I've dealt with two property managers over the past five years, most recently the lovely Binnie, and the service they provide is stellar. Very supportive, clear communication, easy and efficient processes to follow when repairs are needed. They set a very high bar and standard for service - I wouldn't rent with anyone else.

From the time I met Dyanna and then Vicki the service we have received has been nothing but top notch. Nothing is an issue because they just deal with things with care respect and professionalism. Communication is excellent both via phone and email. We appreciate you guys so much and highly recommend your service. Ngā mihi nui Leanne & Warwick Morehu

Oxygen property management have been outstanding in helping me deal with the two properties I own. Nothing is too much bother, they keep me informed of any issues arising and are very professional in their business dealings

A big thank you to Nicolle who gave us a very warm and lovely visit in Mornington today. She was so kind, helpful, informative, and patient when the other potential tenant and I nerded out while about talking about our studies. We absolutely fell in love with the property and cross our fingers that we can become tenants. Thank you to Nicole for your kindness and professionalism.

I had Aileen as my property manager, right from the start she was great, easy to talk too, quick to handle anything I needed in regards to the property, great systems in place to log jobs that were required, great communication, Upon finishing up my tenancy with Oxygen, they were quick to finalise all details and get my bond paid back to me.
Great experience and I definitely recommend Oxygen and Aileen.

Oxygen are easy to deal with and hassle free. They found us quality tenants and secured a very good rent agreement. It is great having that peace of mind knowing our property will be well looked after.

Binnie has been my property manager for a few years. She is on top of the things that need to be done and ensures the parties are as well. Hands on, no autopilot.

Willie and his team are really helpful, available 24/7 for everything. Extremely good in communication and organising the repairs and viewing.
While we are not in the town, the team 'Willie' is keeping us upto date with everything
Thanks team for your coordination and communication

Oxygen Management Ltd has great people within this organisation. Leanne Phillips (our property manager) and the tradespeople who have been sent to fix or maintain our whare in Pirimai have always been approachable and transparent. Leanne has always responded to our calls and queries to do with our whare. She is always respectful and forward-thinking in terms of what our needs have been since living in our whare. We will miss her support and our conversations as our whanau are relocating to Wairoa to live and work. We wish Leanne and Oxygen Management Ltd all the best and highly recommend her and the company to anyone that is interested in dealing with Oxygen Management Ltd.

I had a great experience with Oxygen, and particularly with Binnie from Lower Hutt as my property manager. Always timely responses, issues resolved quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly way. I looked forward to talking to Binnie, as she added a personal touch.
