good customer service very professional

I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with this company. My experience was extremely disappointing and raised multiple red flags that suggest deceptive practices.

From the start, communication was inconsistent and often misleading. Promises were made regarding timelines and results that were never fulfilled. When I tried to follow up, responses were either delayed or vague, and in some cases ignored entirely.

The product/service I received did not match what was advertised. Important details were either hidden in fine print or changed after payment was made. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with resistance, and refunds or corrections were refused without reasonable justification.

What’s most concerning is the pattern of behavior—it doesn’t feel like a one-time mistake, but rather a system designed to mislead customers. Transparency and accountability were completely lacking throughout the process.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are far more trustworthy businesses out there that value their customers and operate with integrity.

Its not the company its the janky web site that's kicks me off every other month. so when I travel outside of the country I think I can make my payments on time with the internet. No you cant . so you end up late on payments that double what you owe. I'm blocked from the site as I type this. It almost seems like it is done on purpose. This company is a definite loan-sharking establishment. The interest they charge is unreal, unbelievable! Many items discussed in the phone conversation seems to disappear when things are to be finalized! Run as fast as you can!

It has come to my attention that this company created a home address for me located in Utah well that is not correct because I live in Georgia and this company is not licensed to give loans in Georgia but for some odd reason I have been paying this company and something told me to check my statements I was really shocked at the incorrect address that they have on file for me just so they can have a loan associated within that State I have turned this over because I don't know if someone fractionally has taken out an account because the address they have on my file is incorrect and they are not licensed to do home business in the state of Georgia
