Mostly I love OYG, great variation of trainers and workout types but tech support is seriously lacking. It take an absolute age for anything to be fixed and it gets really frustrating. For the price I pay I’ll put up with that (for now) but they really need to improve in this area.

I love the great variety of workouts with different intensities. The recipes are tasty, I cook them every day. The calorie information is helpful and, again, there is lots of variety. I thought the recommended 1900 calories per day was too high for me as a 58 year old woman trying to lose weight, I'll see how it goes. I also wish I'd known about the menopause programme before I signed up. It was advertised a few weeks later. I am enjoying it though and hope it does the trick!

OYG is awesome! It’s everything I want in a platform - variety, great trainers, accessible from comfort of my own home and has a wonderfully supportive community. I credit it with helping me make exercise a habit and keeping me sane!

This is an amazing app which is fantastic value. Yes there is the odd tech glitch here and there, but given I only pay £49.00 per year, which equates to £4.80 per month, then to be expected frankly and it is not often. Some of the serial moaners should go and try other apps which are often priced at £15 upwards per month. I have and they had the same glitches!

There are a variety of workouts for every level. I am obese and have been working steadily upwards from the low impact to more high impact and heavier weights. I love all the trainers personally and find it a lot of fun. I think given what I pay for it vs other apps and a gym membership this is completely affordable for me.

There are also 100s of recipes too, in addition to a wellbeing section. You can earn rewards as well - I got a slow cooker e recipe book which was great.

As for the T & Cs, people are clearly not reading them and the same for every single subscription company out there. I don't get reminders for hardly anything I am signed up to.

They run a small admin team, who take some time to get back to you on occasion, but as someone who runs a small business myself I perhaps have more empathy.

It’s definitely better than it was 12 months ago. Love the different people and not just Davina all of the time. Still find the app glitchy and sometimes there is a delay in getting stuff on the app so you have to log in through the website ( 6 week challenge as an example). I went on a link last night to a few recipe’s and it took me to a blank page and wouldn’t load. I’ve list count how many times I’ve had to relaunch the app.
However, it is getting better and I won’t stop using but sometimes it feel like it’s not quite there yet!

After reading all the bad reviews about billing etc, I checked my details and I noticed that they took £59 in Jan 22 and £59 again in April 22. I’ve since cancelled both subscriptions and am asking them for a refund. Absolutely not on that they take money with no warning.

This is my 2nd year of subscription.
I love the range of exercises and the variety of time to workout too.
The App is as easy to use as the web page.
Very inspiring & helps with my motivation

It was refreshing that I had a response and full resolution to my billing issue. In line with what normally happens, I was expecting no response. So well done Megan. Bad reviews here are often about billing. Mine was taking £9.99 the day I started the free trial even though I opted for the annula membership before the free trial was up. So I will keep an eye on billing but very pleased with the response.

I have had money taken out of bank for this year subscription but I had no idea as I didn't sign up any annual direct debit ? Now I can't get in contact with anyone what a suprise lines are always busy even left my name and number ... really disappointed and
really didn't want to give one star rating

I inadvertently signed up for the annual thinking I was getting free trial. Wish I'd read these reviews first. Can't get money back as has been stated before. The website kept crashing and the screen doesn't work with my android phone. It really is a waste of money. I'm so disappointed. I will keep contacting support and will continue letting people know it's not worth bothering with.

I cancelled my subscription many months ago, to my surprise on checking my bank account A subscription fee of £49 has been taken without any communication.
I have sent three emails and one chat and still no response.Really frustrating that you cannot communicate with anyone and although there is a facility to contact the support team no one comes back to you.

Signed up with the great offer (50% off for the year) only to find out in the very small and not clear print I’d waived my right 14-day cancellation period. I asked for a refund after 1 week of trying this platform as it failed to meet expectations, which I was informed NO.
The app is only available on iOS (I have an android tablet for travel - which is why I wanted a home gym platform). Again not made clear on signing up.
The app and web interface are clunky and the content rather amateur. Some of the videos appear as if they are filmed on the trainer’s phone! Some beginner videos require equipment, not made clear at the start of the session. Beginner step complicated and not easy to follow.
I like the concept but it’s not for me and they will not let me have my money back.
You won’t see the content fully unless you pay for the service. This is poor customer service and think you best try a free platform before committing, to see if it works for you.

I signed up to a 12 month subscription in jan 21 and used it once. I did not know that it was a 12 month rolling contract (so they say) I also tried to cancel and get a refund a day after I realised the money was pending. I can’t believe Davina puts her name to company like this! They should send a reminder that the renewal is due but the reason they don’t do this is because this is how they make their money. I did not use as could not mirror to my larger tv not for letting me minute did I think my subscription would auto renew. This should not be allowed. People if you are signing up and only want 12 months make sure you cancel in time! Otherwise they will continue taking your money!

I have been a member for 3 years now and I find the site to be amazing and very good value for money. The workouts are varied and the group Facebook page is incredibly positive and encouraging. They occasionally do live workouts on Facebook which are good fun. Don't be put off by negative reviews. I've never had any issues and love the site. I'm slimmer, stronger and more confident

****I would like to add since this review, I have had a full refund and advised my subscription has been cancelled but only after querying the response I go and asking to see the terms and conditions***Do not join! They have automatically renewed my subscription and taken the money from my account with no prior warning. No email to confirm renewal and no refund when I tried to cancel this. Shocking. Haven't used in a year as no app compatible with android. Very difficult to cast on to TV. Avoid!

I have had the same experience. Ii cannot afford this. I signed up last year and did not sign up for automatic renewal yet they've taken my money from my account

I agree with the other posts - my subscription has been renewed with no notice and they won’t refund or help in any way. I would avoid this company and advise friends and family to do the same.

This has got to be one of the worst ever sites.
Not compatible with android is painful enough but when you try to cast to screen that doesn't work either.
The content itself is good but I wonder if Davina is aware of the issues of the site that she has her name on?
Trying to cancel is near impossible, you cannot do it through the site, it glitches and then throws an error. You HAVE to contact an admin (via Facebook) and hope that they do this for you.

Very easy to sign up and pay but awful to cancel, I would not recommend this to anyone because it is so painful to cancel. IF you miss the cancellation, they will take your money and refuse refunds. AVOID

I had a payment taken on 25/11/22. I had cancelled my subscription this time last year and received an email to say it was cancelled Nov 2021.
When I requested a refund I explained I had already cancelled last year, but they said I’m outside the cooling off period. I have sent the email proving they confirmed my account was cancelled. I’m am awaiting a response and full refund.

Signed up for a free guest pass only to discover not compatible with android which is not made clear at all. Attempted to use via laptop the next day and told I had to pay. Some free trial ! Came here before I paid so won't be doing that !
