I have been a member for 2 years now and it's completely changed the way in which I work out. Not only is it very affordable, I too can do it in the comfort of my own home. The choice of classes is excellent and the trainers are super.

I’ve been signed up to OYG since day one and it’s brilliant! I never get bored and love the challenges and different workouts. I’ve lost loads of weight and feel amazing! 100% recommend

So, I had a bit of a blip 2 months in & couldn’t access my account, support did take a while - 2 weeks & then I had to prove I’d paid 🙆‍♀️ !!! But it was sorted in the end 😊
Apart from that, OYG is great ! the instructors are fantastic & there are loads of workouts to chose from (more so logging in online than on the app for some strange reason?) such a wide choice of workouts that I’m sure will suit everyone - my absolute fave is Daniel with his X-fight & I’m lovin Faye with her F.I.T Jam too.
Yes definitely recommend, especially so if you get a discount deal for a year like I did … absolute bargain !!!

I signed up for OYG in Jan 2022 for 12 months. I only used the app for a few months as I found going to the gym more motivating. I didn’t realise it was a subscription and didn’t think of cancelling as I thought the term would run out in Jan 2023. Just had a notification from my credit card that a payment has been taken out of my bank without my authorisation. I have emailed OYG with no response as of yet. I have now cancelled the subscription and asked for some assistance as I haven’t logged on in months. I am a single mum who works as an nurse and can’t afford this payment but I haven’t had a response. If OYG look at my history they can see I haven’t accessed my account in months and I am only 14 days over the 14 day cooling off period.

Great website. Great range of workouts and excellent trainers

It's excellent value, you can search workouts using so many criteria, Davina is bouncy and very human, the trainers are warm - what's not to like. Finding the programmes and signing up for them is a little tricky but not impossible. I don't think I'll use the recipes or wellness stuff much but it is nice to have it there. I wanted fitness specifically for menopausal women and I've found it!

The workouts are good and the chrome cast function is great - so I can watch them on my TV. I love Davina McCall but The app is hard to use to and not at all intuitive. And all measurements are in imperial with no option to switch to metric.

You can never talk to anyone. When you want to leave it's almost impossible. I was thinking of re-joinining but after reading more the same reviews , I won't bother. These problems have gone on for years and still they don't sort it.

My advice...dont bother. I tried to sign up to the menopause programme, it asked me to fill my name and email and click on the link for a 14 day trial, this then bought me another screen asking me to sign up monthly or annually, i went through to monthly and then it asks for bank details and says its only a 8 day trial then i would be charged. No more mention of what im signing up for. I did not proceed and instead emailed customer services to ask about the trial period, the specific menopause programme, if i can us on a laptop and is it compatible with android phone . There reply was simply heres a link to sign up. Absolutley rubbish, not signing up for anything with this company all they want is your money and cannot even be bothered to answer my questions. Im surprised Davina associates with this company.

Great App! Loving it, great trainers and fun.
I've started the 6 week programme (week 3) and already feeling the benefits. Having the short 30 min or so varied workouts is a great addition to running.
Love Davina too!

I’ve read some negative comments about OYG but to be honest I’ve found it to be great so far - no IT glitches and not everyone wants to feel like they have done 10 rounds with Tyson fury after a workout - I feel it’s pitched just right for people the other side of 40

I subscribed for one year. It was great at first, but haven’t used as much as I thought I would lately. I originally paid for a 12 month subscription and assumed it would just run its course and run out. I have however been automatically charged for another full year. There was no notification that my original year was coming to an end and that a payment for a new year was about to be taken. I contacted them the day after the money left my account. They replied to say that they can’t process a refund because it’s part of the TC’s and the original subscription I arranged. Having read the TCs I don’t think this is the case, monthly subscriptions continue automatically, but it doesn’t say anything about this being the case with yearly subscriptions.

However, the original contract/subscription that I agreed to isn’t available to see on my account.
So be careful, monthly subscriptions you can cancel at any time but yearly subscriptions just keep running unless you notify them - I don’t think this is right.

Just to update, after contacting the team at OYG again to address this issue, they have now agreed to refund the yearly subscription that they took. Fair play to them, they’ve done the right thing, but I did have to chase it up twice before they agreed.

I have paid for this app but it does not recognise my email addresses. So I have no access to anything. They do have my details as I have been sent a welcome email but just can get use the app. I have sent countless email with no contact. Therefore I can comment on the actual product itsself but at it stands the customer service is shocking and it appears to a complete con.

I love & enjoy OYG I used to workout regularly but missed time with family, or have to juggle things. OYG works with me and family time when and how I plan workouts. The community is super supportive & trainers and classes are varied and fab & you can take OYG with you wherever you go! Best decision I made in lockdown.

Lots of different workouts and challenges, so much enthusiasm and guidance from the instructors - feels almost as if each session is a personal training session.
Also many modifications for people who need less or want more of a workout.
All for less the £1.00 a week and no need to travel to a gym or studio.

Ive been really disappointed by this app and the program in general. It doesnt render well on the Iphone if you use large text to the point that you cant download information. I sent a message to the FB support team and didnt even get a response In addition, its complicated to connect to the TV and almost impossible to follow on a small Iphone screen. I have been really surprised that Davina, who I admire greatly, would put her name to something that so obviously doesnt work as well as other competitors.

Been using OYG since lockdown. Love the variety of workouts and trainers. Makes it great value for money. App easy to use. Facebook community is great for people sharing not only fitness journeys but health and well being. Just one criticism is that the challenges for me are often repetitive but I prefer variety.

Overall I'm really happy. Lots of choice, and greag workouts. Love that I can filter down depending on type of workout,
Equipment and even trainer. It's really motivated me, and the Facebook community is very helpful.
Only wish casting to my TV was easier. I have to use HDMI cables. If not I'd give it 5 stars. Fantastic value!

I have been a member now for almost 3years. I love how I can easily access so many exercise classes. I can do them anywhere and anytime to suit. I can also take a short class or multiple. The teachers be are all great, easy to follow & explain as you go along.

The recipes are fantastic, something for everyone.

Such great value for everything that you get.

I’m new to the site, so should probably be waiting a little longer before reviewing, however I’m disappointed not to see more of Davina on the workouts. Her humour and little comments are what keeps me going! It all seems a bit low budget with instructors filming themselves at home. I appreciate this means there is new content regularly but I just expected something a bit more polished I guess. That said, with hundreds of workouts to choose from, there must be something for everyone.
