I pay money for flowers and not get delivery.NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I had also read the reviews first. I have preordered flowers for an elderly aunt in New Zealand as we lost my mother this year. I have received nothing from the company and have had sent several emails asking for confirmation. Nothing! Not even an original acknowledgment. Not in spam! They have no number you can contact them on which is concerning. As it’s Christmas this is worrying as leaves no time to sort. ON this basis would never use this company. If you can’t even get hold them off …….

Ordered flowers to send to Zimbabwe on 3/26/22. Money still pending. Flowers were not delivered. Sent an email on 3/26/22. Still no response. I now know they can’t fulfill my order to Beitbridge, Zimbabwe so I don’t know why my money hasn’t been released.

Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered in advance. Didn't hear anything on the day of delivery about the flowers, when contacting them it took them over 24 hours to reply.

4 days later I have been informed that there are no flowers in the city and they are canceling and refunding my order.

Very unprofessional, terrible customer service, order not fulfilled. I wouldn't waste your time using this company. They don't care about wasting yours.

Problems:
1) Delivered bouquet didn't match the bouquet I ordered. I sent an email to the company who said that their head office in Norway will send another bouquet that looked similar to what I had ordered to the recipient..
2) I think this is brilliant customer service, they are rectifying their mistake. I am then told by the recipient that they were asked to exchange the flowers?!

I was never told that this would be a substitution, otherwise I would have said no. This information was not given to me.

It is incredibly insulting for the recipient as well as myself. I am still in awe that a company will make a mistake, and then go to the recipient and ask for the flowers back?

The mistake was made on your part. It's your duty to ensure that it is rectified. If you have delivered the wrong type of flowers, which the person receiving the gift has already accepted and put in a vase, you do not ask for those back! Instead you rectify it by giving them the correct bouquet and leaving it at that.

Mistakes happen. That's normal and human. Howver, a mistake of customer service to this level should not happen more than once on the same case.

The bouquet delivered was completely different from the one I ordered. The chromatic, the size and the types of flowers delivered didn't match the picture on the site at all. The bouquet ordered was Purple Passion, mostly purple flowers, and the recipient received a red flowers bouquet. I haven't received any notification for changes.

I was rushing to buy flowers for a friend that hurried back to Japan to attend to his father's funeral. I took a chance on this website even though I was wary of being conned (the website name "Overseas Flower Delivery" seemed similar to that of fake websites) but everything worked out and the flowers were delivered in two days as stated. This was a smooth transaction especially when my friend had unwarrantedly sent me pictures of the flowers he got, which confirmed that the service was legit and I got my money's worth. Thank you for your speedy and careful service (because the flowers looked beautiful!! And the delivery was within 2 days as promised).

Got them delivered on time. ALso the flowers were very pretty! My mom was very delighted to receive my surprse!

I wanted to do a surprise gift for someone I barely know, with very vague information about their address, at the other side of the world. The gift was successfully delivered in time.

I sent a friend flowers through Overseas Flower Deliver from the US to Thailand and encountered a glitch when the address I had provided was not accurate. OFD was EXTREMELY helpful in following up with me to resolve the issue. They were able to obtain the correct address and even paid for the re-delivery charge as a courtesy to me. My friend also sent me a photo of the flowers she received, and they were beautiful and true to the images shown (if not better!) I highly recommend this company for flower deliveries overseas.

I was sent a picture of the flowers that were sent. They were absolutely beautiful and the person that received them was very, very touched. They arrived the day they were supposed to.
I feel like we got what we paid for. I am very pleased.
