Absolutely disgraceful, customer service is a pathetic joke , had ny oven cleaned o tues 26th may , top of the oven not cleaned, cleaner could not put my oven door back on !! Complaint raised yesterday , no acknowledgement received ,oven door still not on , getting no where with customer service , AVOID this company !!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I booked this company to clean my oven and paid a £20 deposit. They called me the week before to confirm the date but they had got it wrong then only offered me a date suitable to them! They then asked for full payment of the balance but no way am
I paying for work I haven’t seen! I cancelled but unfortunately lost my deposit. I wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole!
EDIT: I checked the confirmation email I received from them and it clearly states “the balance to be paid to the cleaner on the day”

I booked my oven to be cleaned and paid the 50% deposit of £52.50 (which is a significant amount and should have been a red warning)! However, on the day of the appointment, they called me and advised that they couldn't make my afternoon slot and requested if they could come later that morning! They also advised that the balance of payment was due immediately! Indeed, their confirmation email advised that the cleaners would take the balance of payment upon completion. I told them that I never pay before the work has been done and that I already had other commitments that morning. So, we agreed to reschedule the appointment for a few days later.
However, this encounter caused me to perform further checks on the company and it became evident that there are at least 3 different listings under slightly different company names on review sites! The reviews shown on their website are very nearly all 4* or higher, but the other listings for the same company but under slightly different names, predominantly rate it as 1*. So, I called Oven Support and cancelled my booking and requested a refund of my deposit. The customer service rep advised that she would submit my refund request. That was 1st May. Despite chasing on 15th May, 21st May and 22nd May, I'm still waiting for my refund! I submitted a complaint via email on 21st May and received no acknowledgement of receipt. On 22nd I queried this lack of response and was advised I needed to put my complaint in writing (i.e. by letter). I advised that this isn't what they say in their terms of business, nor what I was advised to do on 21st, when I was given the email address to use to submit a complaint!
I'm in the process of reporting this company to Trading Standards as they are acting in a totally unacceptable way. Indeed, I believe they are spamming customers and acting fraudulently.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. Agreed date after many, many, many weeks waitIng. Confirmed and re-confirmed date and time window. Received text on the day saying will be an hour late. Received call later in the same day to say the cleaner had a tough job and will be delayed. This is MID MAY .. he will next be available in JULY! They were on the phone before the visit trying to book all sorts of extra services that I declined, and I declined to pay the balance in full until I saw the job. Now I am awaiting my refund! Had to cancel as the year is progressing and I just wanted an oven cleaned!

Steer clear is my advice of this company and definitely would NOT recommend!
After having my first appointment cancelled on the day he was due to come then being an hour late of the time I was told he would arrive the actual cleaning of my hob was a disgrace I actually had to clean it myself after. I complained to the company and didn’t get a response for 6 days when they offered to send someone else out 7 days later .. I’m still waiting for a response asking for a refund. I could go on but the long and short of it is they’re cowboys choose a reputable company who’s well know don’t waste your money here.

Scam social media ‘reviews’ unlikely to be genuine and ‘customer support’ calling day before to advise no longer able to pay cash or card on the day as advertised and after work completed. DO NOT USE reported to trading standards.

Latest scam is to say they have “escalated” it to their non existent accounts team to process the refund and “promise to call you back - they never do

Need some sort of official intervention and get them shut down

Booked an oven clean in early April and paid half upfront. The first appointment was a complete waste of time — I was told they were running late, only for it to be cancelled entirely.
I rebooked for today, and once again it’s been cancelled, this time because the technician is “sick.” Two cancellations in a row with no reliability whatsoever.
The only time this company was attentive was when taking the remaining balance before the first appointment (which, unsurprisingly, never happened). They were also very quick to try and upsell additional services like cleaning other appliances and oven liners.
Overall, a completely useless and unreliable service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

AVOID.... VERY BAD CLEANING SERVICE THEY HAVE A SO CALLED QUALITY CHECK TEAM WHO IS USELESS CLEANING IS VERY ATROCIOUS DONT WASTE TIME AND REFUND CLAIM IT FROM THE BANK DIRECTLY THROUGH CHARGEBACK BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. THEY WONT ISSUE REFUND

Absolutely awful. Came and cleaned my oven. Did a passable job BUT the fan has stopped working. It was fine before. I reported it straight away as damage. I’ve heard nothing back. Not even an apology. They are a shoddy company and just do not care. AVOID.

Driver turned up and could not find a parking space so left.Spoke to there customer service who sounded totally bored and uninterested and said they would call me back with another appointment date but after a week a had heard nothing.Sent repeated requests for a refund and have heard nothing back not even an acknowledgement.
Just a bunch of scammers and there advertising totally misleading and i think there reviews on there site must be fake.Avoid this company and save yourself a lot of hassle,time and money.

Stayed in for 2 days waiting for someone to attend to my cooker etc, no sign of anyone,multiple phone calls to them absolute waffle, cant get my deposit back as it was less thsn £100, stay clear of this firm,
Simon arrived 27 hrs after initial appointment a very pleasant man and he did an amazing job cleaning my appliances, dont know reason for the delay, but the business needs to get things sorted

Job poorly done and they are protected by their non-helpful 'Customer Care'. Despite repeated attempts to elicit some sort of response; (including photos of the untouched area and bank details at their request) they are obviously not going to accept any sort of responsivity for their shoddy performance. I suppose it is good money after bad because there has been no attempt to reimburse. Deal with these people at your peril.

Absolute scammers. Take deposit from you then keep calling to change appointment, engineer van problems, etc. each time they call they try to get rest of payment from you and book you in for other services. Luckily I refused full payment but don’t hold out much hope of getting my deposit back!

Everything Looks good from the website, my first concern is that no invoice was sent to my email & I received a text from a number reported to be a scam. Following up a few days before appointment no email reply, a phone call day before to say person can not come next day & to re-arrange later. I declined and asked for money back if which I receive an email asking to add my bank details for a refund. I know it’s easy to give refunds so alarm bells are ringing again! My card is frozen and I really hope the bank can sort out.

After paying oven support in March for an oven clean, up to the 7th April our appointment has been cancelled 3 times, always with the excuse that the engineer had gone sick, and so I’ve cancelled my appointment and asked for a refund, if anyone is looking for an oven cleaner, please do yourself a favour, and give this unreliable company a very wide berth 😡😡😡

I have used this company before (over a year ago) and had a good experience and even recommended them. However, the company seems to have deteriorated over time. I scheduled a clean for beginning of February, they cancelled on the day. I had paid upfront and it took a month to receive my refund (with me chasing.) When they contacted me to reschedule I agreed on the basis that I would not pay upfront again. Good job I didn’t as they cancelled again today. Complete waste of time and a frustrating experience.

When I looked at the reviews ( after booking) my heart sank. However as I had paid my deposit I decided to hold out. If you have this company please ask for Lee. I am very pleased with the final product. Lee was on time, rang me half hour before arrival, very friendly and chatty got the job done quickly and professionally.
The company did rearrange the appointments with me twice before this one which was frustrating and that’s why I have given 4* however this is no reflection on Lee, but at that point Lee wasn’t there person who was due to do the job.
