If there was a lower amount of stars I could give, I would. By far the least professional company I've ever dealt with.

Firstly, I made my booking online, nice and easy. I was then called by Ovensupport few days later to ask about booking in. I explained I already had.

The days after that I was called, daily. When I'd answer, the call dropped. Eventually I called them to ask what was happening, they told me they were using a "robot" to make calls and they'd get it to stop for me. They tried to upsell me on the phone and get me to sign up for repeated visits. I declined.

All was well until the day of my appointment. I was due for a clean in the afternoon. At 11am, I had a text to say the cleaner would be an hour late due to previous cleans taking longer than expected. Then 2 hours later, he was 2 hours late due to a vehicle issue. I called to ask if he'd definitely make it. The lady assured me he would, and that he only had one more clean before me.

Less than ten minutes later, I was called and told they needed to cancel and wanted to rearrange. I decided not to, and they assured me I'd be eligible for a refund. An email arrived confirming it could take two weeks to process the refund. After two weeks, I called up again, because I hadn't received it. They told me they'd look into the holdup and call me back. They didn't. I called a second time and was told the same thing, again, no one got back to me. I have emailed, with no response, asking for the refund I am legally entitled to, and yet no one is responding.

At this point, I'm beyond frustrated with them.

Absolutely DO NOT BOOK with these people. Would not recommend.

Booking in was easy & pleasant. However went downhill after that. I took time off work & the cleaner was a no show due to illness but they only informed on the day.
Gave them the benefit & rebooked & exactly the same thing happened again. When I rang the staff member was quite unpleasant & rude. I requested a refund of my deposit as I was moving house & it was now too late to reschedule. Am still waiting for the refund that was requested in June.

Do not recommend at all. I’ve wasted eight hours waiting in, only for them to cancel both of my appointments either at the end of my 4hr window or an hour after the 3 hour window ended. And this is already after I requested afternoon slots and the day before they told me they would be coming in the morning regardless, but never showed. Do not use them.

This company managed to damage my oven to such an extent that they had to order a new part after soaking a divider in caustic soda and ruining it. Even then I had to chase them up before I eventually received a new divider. I was lied to by staff and mislead about the cause of the problem. This is an incredibly stressful company to deal with. This whole problem could have been avoided if only the cleaning operative had checked with a supervisor when he was unsure about how to clean the divider.

Awful experience all round. Booked my end-of-tenancy Oven Clean over a month in advance. The week before this, kept being called stating someone was coming to clean my oven on the wrong day (as their system had an error). The clean was eventually rescheduled by them for the correct day, and then the evening before, it was cancelled by text saying they had "tried to get hold of me" - I had no calls / emails from them at all so that was a lie. This left me in the lurch with less than 24 hours notice. They then sent me an email saying I would be refunded within 14 days, and we are now at day 20 with no refund. I have called customer services twice, and both people have promised me this will be escalated to no effect. I have also emailed re the refund twice, with no reply. Absolute terrible customer service, and quite frankly they are fraudsters who take your money. Avoid at all costs - unreliable and dodgy!

Yesterday, I would have said I wouldn’t use Oven Support again. However, after today’s visit, my opinion has completely changed – and that’s all thanks to Michael.

He came to clean my single oven and extractor fan and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so friendly, polite and respectful, explained everything he was going to do before he did it, and made us feel completely at ease. He was also so lovely with my 5-year-old son, taking the time to chat with him and even play with him while he worked. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Michael cleaned up after himself (and even after me at times!), and genuinely went above and beyond. You can tell he really cares about the service he provides.

Before the appointment, I wasn’t impressed with the company. I received a call asking for full payment over the phone the day before the clean. I wasn’t comfortable paying before the service had even taken place or giving my card details over the phone. When I questioned it, I was initially told there was no other option, so I asked to cancel the appointment. Only then was I told I could pay after the clean instead.

Michael apologised for the confusion, even though it wasn’t his fault, and explained that I could pay in cash, which I did.

Oven Support, Michael has genuinely saved your review. Before he arrived, I had no intention of using your company again. He is a real credit to your business, and I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves because employees like him make all the difference.

It wasnt mentioned when I booked the company that the employee needs to be close to the property. As I live in one of 5 blocks of flats this wouldn't be possible. A refund was offered. Countless calls to polite staff but no refund. Ask lots of questions. I am very unhappy.

Michael was punctual, friendly and conscientious. Oven was gleaming and looked like new after his hard work.

I paid for a deposit for an oven service. They didn't show up at the agreed time, pretended I wasn't at home when I was. I then contacted them for a refund but they refused! I had to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money. Totally disgusting and illegal attitude. These people are thieves!

Dave was polite, friendly and did an amazing job.

So whilst the guy came on time and did do a good job with cleaning the oven and hubs etc. prior to visiting us, which I only found out by a neighbour after he left he had actually hit my car with his van before coming to my property. Contacted the company by phone and told to email evidence which I have TWICE and not even the decency of a reply. Absolutely shocking customer service, will NEVER use again as they clearly don’t care about their customers

After a few teething problems with the central booking process, Todd GU51 from Oven Support came to clean our oven on Monday, as promised. Even though we hadn't turned it on - essential when cleaning Agas - Todd was cheerful and can-do, and still managed to clean it extremely well, working hard for most of the afternoon.

Only 2* because the guy eventually turned up after I’d been messed around for nearly a week. Booked on-line and paid deposit. Time was changed so many times on original date I had no choice but to change to following week. Lots of chasing on new date. Spoke to various people who were polite and helpful. Oven was cleaned to a high standard by Chris (thank you) Company is run by inexperienced people who have no organisational skills when it comes to a business providing a service. After reading some of the other reviews I think I came off lightly. I would NOT recommend.

Avoid they had my money 6 weeks after they cancelled a few times I cancelled now they emailed after chasing time and time again to say a refund of ???£25 when i paid 50 pounds and it will take another 10 days Scamming company

Terrible service and company AVOID.

Lied about when they were available then cancelled on the day.
Rearranged and cancelled on the day again.

Asked for refund, over a month and still waiting for my money back.
Didn’t clean the oven, didn’t even come out and I have paid £70.

If you are reading this and you proceed with this company, don’t say you were not warned.

Still waiting for refund over three weeks. Multiple phone calls, rude customer service agents, and no money received still.

Amazing service, oven looks brand new. Gentleman who attended was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. Would use again.

Absolutely awful company. Damaged my oven to the point that its tripping the electric. Was told to let it dry over night problem still not resolved. Phoned them get promised a call back. Emailed them and they don't respond. Been without an oven for 5 days now which worked perfectly well before they sent a rather rude Billy the kid to do the job. Absolute cowboy avoid at all costs.

Total joke. Came to work with 6 year old son!!! My oven was cleaner before he arrived. This firm should be disbanded. Still cleaning my oven now a month later. He damaged the fan and oven doesn't work properly. If I could give a ZERO I would.
