Very quick delivery .I had to return the first coat that I ordered cause it was too big .Returning and receiving my refund was quick and easy .Ordered another size and that was sent out quick aswell.

Lovely coat at a great price
I wanted this particular Joules coat to replace the one I have had for a few years. The coat is lightweight and showerproof for spring dog walks. The real draw was the price I wasn’t bothered about the colour but have to admit it was nicer than expected. Fast delivery and good packaging made my purchase very successful.
