Smooth quick delivery to Portugal
The process was so easy to order to Portugal. No problems at all, I highly recommend. Very quick delivery!

Poor quality, poor customer service. POOR
The quality of the stove, the flue and general workman ship is truly embarrassing.
Absolutely horrendous. There is no seal, so toxic fumes go straight into the living space youre heating.
Also, the paint came off before use. So so so poor.
Customer service is atrocious. Won't offer me a refund despite the faults. I have to return it my own expense for their checks to be done, considering this was made by them and deemed safe in the first place?!
Avoid like the plague. Worst stove ive ever seen.

We immediately offered to examine Matty's stove when he contacted us. As the purchase was over 8 months before the complaint was made, we requested it was returned to us under warranty for inspection. Despite Matty's rude emails with our team we persisted in helping, however he chose not to sent it for inspection. We obviously can't refund or replace an item until it has been tested, we offered both a repair and a refund of the postage if the stove was proven to be faulty after examination. There are hundreds of reviews for the firebox stove and typically the cause of smoking is poor sweeping of the flue and not maintaining the cleaning schedule. We'd have replaced the flue FOC had this have been the issue and the stove had been sent to us.

Overall
Overall, quick delivery and very nice product. Let down slightly by the quality of the fire rope you place onto the glass. Very poor adhesive. Apart from that, excellent.

Customer Service Excellence
I had an issue with a part for my newly purchased stove - contacted the customer services team and spoke with Aleks who replied promptly and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out that day - exceptionally good product and even better customer service - in life sometimes problems happen but the speed of Aleks response and willingness to resolve was a breath of fresh air

This is a superb company. Outstanding quality stoves. But best of all - and all to rare nowadays - really good customer services.

Flue part
I was unsure of what particular flue part I required so I used their chat box and recieved the relevant information that same day. I have subsequently ordered and had it delivered within the stated time frame.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on the service i have recieved.
