You know you’re in good hands with an Outbacker Stove and the buying process didn’t disappoint either. Quality product shipped and delivered really quickly. Yet to actually fire up the stove, but I am confident I will be looked after if I had any issues. Very pleased.

I’m super pleased with the quality of the fire as I have purchased log burners from Sweden-Switzerland-Norway over the years which are built to a very high standard.

We have owned an Outbacker Stove for years, it has been very well used and lasted well. At some point we have miss placed parts of the flue and so today I contacted Outbacker to confirm the parts that I needed to replace. Lily replied to my questions and was extremely helpful. She guided me through what our best options were and directed me to the parts on the website. Thank you Lily, I really appreciate your time and help.

I'd lost some parts to my burner so I emailed outtakes stoves and they where quick to respond and fixed my issue very quickly. Happy man

It came fairly quickly a bit niffed as it was dented but I got most of it out u can still c it but I think that was with the shipping not down to u guys .. I.m after a coolie for it now if u do one ?

Fantastic bit of kit fast and efficient

The Stove arrived the next day and was an obtained at a great price. The bag that arrived was too small but I phoned customer service and they sent out a new one no quibble. Excellent customer service
