Great support from Steph, Amy and Dakota! I’ve made a few purchases, they arrived safely, in good order and in good time. On the one occasion the product was late and not in good order, I reached out to the team. They managed the warranty claim with the supplier and they resolved it quickly, without fuss and with excellent communication. It’s good to know they value my purchase and experience as much as I do! Always a pleasure to deal with my most recent interaction was what I thought was a warranty claim on a Topargee Water Tank Gauge Flush Mount there response was fast and informative.
Turns out I had not crimped the lug properly after a bit of back and forth the issue was sorted.
I have bought a lot of gear from Outback Equipment over the years and it has always been great quality at fair prices I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for gear and most importantly there aftersales service is second to none.
And a special shout out to Dakota your a legend and they should be paying you more

Advertising equipment that they do not have in stock.
They have to find the stock and then they will send out.
As of 13 April the contact phone number has been disabled so you cannot talk to any one direct.

Working with this company has been one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. They shipped the product—listed as “in stock” on their website—only after 1 month. When I tried to cancel my order, they kept my money and told me they would not refund it.
I hope you stay away from these dodgy people when shopping.

Looking into your order it looks like you tried to cancel within our handling window which does result in a store credit as per our policy.
Again, we do apologise if the communication was unclear on this. Stock visibility is something we’re actively working to improve with updated 'Dispatch In' timeframes on most listings now.

Had a faulty issue with my shower contacted them and within a week of me sending pictures of thr issue they replied and are sending me out another unit. 10/10 service !

Don't waste your time with this company. website said 7 days to ship has been over a month. endless calls to find out what's going on. it's coming they say well it's not good enough Outback Equipment. sort your S**t out. I have spent thousands with you over the years and this is a recurring thing well that's it from me you won't see another order from me again.

WARNING TO ALL I wish I read the reviews before ordering as I have had a very disappointing experience. BE AWARE before ordering from this store. They appear to sell items that are not actually in stock. After placing my order, I emailed to request a refund when I realised there was an issue, and this was before the item had even been shipped. Despite that, they refused to process a refund and would only offer store credit.
It’s frustrating that customers are not given a proper refund option when the order hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Selling items that are not in stock and then refusing refunds is not acceptable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing here.

Great after sales support
Although I unfortunately didn’t end up receiving my purchase due to a delay from the supplier, I still wanted to leave a review to recognise the great service I received. Steph, who handled my enquiry, was fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was prompt, clear and very helpful, keeping me informed along the way.
