I have ordered or been given several pieces from Ottoman hands, including necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets. I've loved them all and wear them often. The quality has been great and the designs are wonderful, working equally well with casual items or for more dressy occasions. Very happy customer as delivery has been fast and accurate too.

This is my second time buying from Ottoman, and it was all great. I love their gemstones and I always get compliments when I wear their pieces. Very fast delivery, also very easy online returns with no printer needed, so I could return a bracelet that I loved but it was too big for me with no hassle at all.
Don't really understand the bad reviews for this brand here, maybe it's just a few angry customers?

Really happy with the quality of items I have bought for my girlfriend from this brand! She loves all of them and great customer service too.

I ordered a week ago and contacted the seller but got no reply. I don't know when I will receive my order due the very poor communication.

I will never shop with this company again.

I bought 4 rings directly from the website: Amalfi Pearl Cocktail Ring, Apollon Gold Cocktail Ring,
Sabina Gold Stacking Ring and Blair Chain Stacking Ring. I also bought the Remi Labradorite Cocktail Ring at one of their stockists. Unfortunately after 10-14 days of wearing these rings they all tarnished. I appreciate that as they are gold plated they will naturally tarnish over time, however, I have never had gold-plated jewellery tarnish this quickly. I was very careful, always removed them to shower or wash my hands and made sure to not have any creams or anything on my hands when wearing these rings. Unfortunately the price point really reflects the quality of these rings; as they say, buy cheap buy twice. Honestly it is not worth wasting your money on pieces that can only be worn occasionally.

I emailed customer service 3 times with no response. I then left a review reflecting my dissatisfaction and received an instant response. I replied to this and their offer to rectify this situation and again after 6 days I have received no response. It seems that customer service only matters to this brand when a bad review is left, with zero follow through.

These are all beautiful designs, but unfortunately the quality is really terrible and the customer service worse still. I would seriously recommend you spend your money elsewhere on better quality for fewer pieces.

EDITED LATER: I've emailed them 6 times with no response. Really don't bother with them! Please save your time and money!

Wish I’d read the reviews. Bought a £69 necklace, quality was not worth that. They also charge a £3 “handling fee” if you want your money refunded (whereas you get the full amount back if you opt for store credit). Regret purchasing

Surprised and disappointed by this company. They advertise a necklace as being made up of natural pearls, turquoise and lapis beads, (with gold-plated 5-sided spacers). When I received the item, it had no pearls on it. The necklace was not particularly cheap either, at £75. I contacted the company, who said that it was actually the description of another necklace and, sorry about that. I emailed them again (no pick up on the phone number) and suggested a small refund perhaps? They declined. I asked again, and was given what they call 10% off: £5. So ....they cant do maths properly, advertise items with the wrong description, don't make an effort to placate the client and...mislead and misrepresent on their website. Be careful with this lot! Unprofessional!.....but thanks for your reply on trust pilot 6 weeks later!

Earrings didn't match each other (beyond what is acceptable variance in a handmade product), replacements were attached backwards! First pair can't be returned. Decent customer service but lacking in quality control. You're better off checking eBay which have actual pictures of the products.

Disappointing service website says 2 to 3 days delivery order placed on the 3rd still haven't received the goods. Misleading to put that on their website the goods apparently were shipped after I enquired why I hadn't received anything and as yet still haven't.

I ordered a number of items for my girlfriend and she was absolutely delighted, fast delivery, great value for money and really beautiful/unique pieces :)
