I own some lovely pieces from Ottoman Hands and have always received excellent customer service. The Customer service team is incredibly helpful. occasions I’ve needed to exchange something, it has always been handled quickly and smoothly.
I recently ordered the Amulet T bar necklace, which arrived very quickly. I absolutely love how unique the necklace is and have already received so many compliments! I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

I ordered the cocktail rings seen on House of the Dragon and unfortunately they started leaving spots on my fingers almost immediately after wearing them. For the price paid it is very poor quality.

Unfortunately just don't bother. The jewellery is beautiful but it will last you a couple of months. Not sure what kind of gold playing is used but it comes off at an alarming rate. Bought a necklace from here a year ago and it turned silver/green within a few months. Contacted customer support who were lovely and replaced it straight away. Fast forward and the new one has done exactly the same thing, it's almost like a thin gold paint. I don't shower or exercise with it on, so nothing could have prevented it other than leaving it in the box forever

Products are excellent quality and as advertised on their website. Efficient shipping and good quality packaging. I have had a consistent positive experience and have been buying jewellery from Ottoman Hands for a couple of years.

I absolutely love Ottoman Hands jewellery. I have purchased earrings, necklaces and rings. The quality and designs are outstanding and matches the kind of jewellery I like to wear. Also I've received several complaints.

I love Ottoman Hands, every single piece I own (which is a lot now) are special to me. The pieces allow me to connect with my own heritage and have something beautifully crafted at fantastic prices. They are a brand that cares about their customers and they have brilliant sample sales too. Highly recommend.

I have bought two necklaces from Ottoman Hands. I've been very impressed by both the style and quality of the jewellery and the excellent customer service. I came across Ottoman Hands whilst I was looking for an evil eye necklace. I really liked one of theirs but didn't order straightaway. I had been sent a discount code but by the time I decided to order, the necklace had sold out and my discount code had expired. I emailed Ottoman Hands who kindly told me when new stock was expected and promised to send me a new code once the item came into stock. The expected date was exactly right, I got a new code and placed the order. I absolutely love the necklace, it is exactly what I wanted. I then ordered a second necklace which I also love. Delivery takes just a couple of days and items arrive packaged in pretty green boxes. I'm really happy I discovered Ottoman Hands and 100% recommend them.

I saw this brand on devil wears prada 2 as it was worn by Anne Hathaway. I had to get my hands on some items! I love my new jewellery which is so unique and arrived so quickly! The packaging had a luxurious design and I love the quality of the jewellery !

The quality and design of the jewellery seem great; however I have had such a terrible experience with international delivery I cannot recommend this brand for occasion gifting.

I placed an order on April 25th, for some rings for my girlfriend's birthday on May 10th. I checked the stated delivery timelines for international delivery, which was quoted at 5-10 business days on their website at checkout.

I write this review on May 22nd, and my order has still not arrived. Two weeks after her birthday, a month after the order date, and no real information of where my delivery package is and when it will arrive.

It's genuinely heartbreaking I am still unable to give her this gift. Genuinely.

If you have specific gifting dates, do not trust them with deliveries and quoted timelines. Horrible delivery experience.

First saw this brand in the V&A and I decided to have a look at the website. They are a very reliable company and deliver quickly. All good.

I really love this brand! I have quite a few pieces now and I always get compliments on them. I love how unique the designs are. I've recently ordered a necklace as a gift and it was perfectly packaged, plus my friend was so pleased with it.

I love the designs and the jewellery from this shop - it's always so hard to choose a favourite item and I love the bold colours available. The quality is fine and more like trendy jewellery than high end pieces. Where they are excellent is the customer service - I contacted them for two errors on my part and they were quick, kind and efficient. Thanks!

I'm not sure I wrote this review a year ago so am doing so now.
I loved my emerald Noa Ottoman Hands ring that I had for about eighteen months. However I never expected that it might break – ever – and yet as I was adjusting it (as one is meant to be able to, no?), it broke (see photo). Was I refunded or sent a replacement? No. I was just told it was out of 12-month warranty and I would be given 20% off any new purchase within the month.
I love the designs but I don't think that good customer service, nor did it allay concerns as to the quality/longevity of pieces.

Terrible customer service. I bought three Christmas gifts from them (and none of them were cheap), which were shipped in two jewellery boxes, one of which obviously contained two gifts, with wrapping paper and one store sticker. When I questioned them thei excuse was that they didn't know that they were presents so that made them decide that maybe they were for personal use. My experience was negative, but it wasn't impossible to resolve if they'd shown a modicum of customer care. Imagine how they would have reacted to something bigger than a box and a wrapping paper, imagine if it had been a piece of jewelry.

I have a two necklaces, two sets of earrings and a ring from Ottoman Hands. I have to say their designs are beautiful and distinctive and was so excited to buy from there. Unfortunately every piece tarnished to the point of not being wearable within a couple of months. I appreciate that plated jewellery will eventually tarnish, but I think two months is excessive, and reflects a very low quality that I really didn’t expect from jewellery at this price point. It’s such a shame as there are other pieces I would like to buy but fear it’s just a waste of money sadly.

I first purchased some earrings from Ottoman Hands after seeing them in House of Dragon. It has since become my favourite jewellery shop. I bought all of my jewellery for my wedding day here. It always arrives quickly

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Will never buy from them again. I am waiting on a refund for a return that was sent back almost 3 weeks ago now. I have emailed twice and only received identical responses from their self proclaimed ‘AI agent’. I have then DM’d on insta also to no avail. Communication with a human being would be appreciated.

So upset, I was so happy to find this brand because of the beautiful designs but sadly both the ring and necklace I bought have tarnished after only 2 weeks of wear and left my finger green. So expensive as well..
Really disappointed.
