Never answer the phone or have enough…
Never answer the phone or have enough staff to answer the phone, I was call number 32 in the queue.
Never reply to email and like to ignore you whenever you have a problem.
AVOID OTTO CAR AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Reason why Otto Car beats others in the market
Hi I just wanted to take some time out of a busy day to say thank you to Awele and the team at Colindale. I was due to collect my car an id7 but due to unforeseen issues the car had to stay in. Awele spoke to Jamil and between them they provided a Tesla to me to allow me to get back on the road. I know from previous experience Tesla is not always possible as courtesy car but these two made the decision which made me happy. They were both so friendly and I saw James to he was really nice. Special mention to Awele and Jamil because they showed why Otto Car is the best when compared to other rent company. Thank you so much please keep these staff in all your hubs. I do not review very often but this team live up to Otto foundation of customer is what matters. These guys treat you like family. Management at Otto please make sure you thank the Colindale team.

Don't react to complaints or managers getting back to you
So it's been almost a week and still no manager has called me back with regards to poor service from staff I was told the manager would call back either tomorrow or Monday and this was from a team leader I knew it wouldn't happen
Not only that I sent an email in 7 days ago it says up to 48 business hours and still no reply this company is dreadful

Problem solved
This was my first experience after moving from reflex to auto car on arrival on arrival I was met by Mo who is extremely helpful and try to help me with a payment problem he couldn't wasn't able to help so cold cold he called Crystal from accounts who came straight away and sorted it they're both accredited to the organisation
