Con molti dubbi ho fatto il mio primo ordine, eppure hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative, il pacco è arrivato molto bene, ho anche ordinato di nuovo ed è nelle mie mani, grazie.

Ordered glasses that were stated as being in stock and to be shipped within 72hr. 25 working days later... I received an email the day after ordering to say I would receive them within 15 to 20 working days. I've emailed twice, used the contact form twice. No communication or response at all. Very disappointed

I placed an order on 16 June for designer sunglasses costing 200EURO. After waiting nearly two weeks, I was informed that my order had been shipped on 29 June.
Despite several emails, I still have not been provided with a FedEx tracking number or shipment reference. Instead, I have repeatedly been told that the tracking information will be sent directly to me by FedEx.
I have also asked several reasonable questions, including requesting the tracking number, confirmation that the parcel has been handed over to FedEx, clarification as to why the website refers to DPD while my order is supposedly being shipped with FedEx, and whether there is a customer service telephone number. Unfortunately, most of these questions have been ignored, with only brief, generic replies.
This seems very strange and, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional. For an online retailer selling premium designer eyewear, I would expect much better communication and a willingness to answer straightforward customer enquiries. The lack of transparency has left me questioning the professionalism and legitimacy of the service I have received.
I genuinely hope my order arrives, and if it does, I will happily update this review. However, based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the company due to the poor communication and lack of customer support.

Scammers! Avoid! They sent me 1 pair of sunglasses instead of 1 and they do not refund me for the second pair.

Excellent shopping experience from start to finish.
The sunglasses arrived exactly as described, well packaged and 100% genuine.
Communication was clear, shipping was fast, and the price was excellent.
I would definitely buy from Otticait again. Highly recommended!

The eyeglass frame is excellent, original product, top materials, as described on the site. The only drawback was waiting several days to receive it (approx 10-12 days).

Nachdem die Zustellung bereits mehr als 3 Wochen anstatt der zugesagten 5-6 Werktage gedauert hat und nur eine Brille der zwei bestellen ankam, kam der richtige Schock beim Versuch die Sonnenbrille zurückzusenden.

Kosten sind vom Kunden zu tragen. Der Anbieter gibt als Rücksendeadresse San Marino an, was Zollauschlussgebiet der EU ist. Nur wenige Dienstleister liefern dort hin. Die Kosten für ein Minipaket inkl. Verzollung und Deklaration betragen ca. 25 EUR.

Das ist klar prohibitiv und ich kann nicht empfehlen, über diesen Händler zu bestellen.

I had a very disappointing experience with Otticait

First, the shipping process took much longer than advertised. Initially, I thought my order would arrive within 4–6 days, but I was later told that it would only be shipped within 4–6 business days. Since I was moving to another country, I repeatedly contacted customer support to get an update. Unfortunately, every reply seemed automated and did not address the questions I had actually asked.

As I continued following up, the tone of the customer service representative became increasingly rude. When I pointed out that it had already been 10 days since placing my order (6 business days) and the glasses still had not been shipped, I received a condescending response explaining that weekends are not business days—as if I didn’t know that. The glasses were eventually shipped only on the 7th or 8th business day.

To make matters worse, when the glasses finally arrived, they were not properly aligned. One of the temples was bent, so the glasses would not sit flat on a table and instead rested unevenly on a single side.

Returning them was not an option because I had already moved to the United States by then, and the delayed shipping left me with no time to order another pair. I took them to a local optician, who told me that adjusting them would be difficult and could even risk damaging the frame.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Slow shipping, poor communication, unprofessional customer service, and a product that arrived misaligned. I cannot recommend this store.

I placed an order and received the confirmation email for Order IT-2200006604, but since then I have heard absolutely nothing. There have been no updates, no communication, and no response regarding the status of my order. Customer service seems non-existent. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I would not recommend ordering from this company until they improve their customer support and keep customers informed.

I had a terrible experience with my last purchase. I ordered two pairs of glasses, but only received one. The confirmation email I received stated that both pairs had been shipped. After multiple attempts to contact the courier via email and phone, I finally received an email confirming that the second pair would be delayed by 10 to 15 days. I’m still waiting for the glasses.

Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da OtticaIt e non potrei essere più soddisfatto. Spedizione velocissima e imballaggio accurato. Gli occhiali sono arrivati completi di custodia e panno per la pulizia, perfetti e pronti all'uso. Comprerò sicuramente di nuovo qui!

Never order from this website!

The product is listed as "in stock" on the website, but in reality it is not available. After payment, I received a message saying that I needed to wait an additional 5–6 days for shipping.

It has now been more than 10 days, and there is still no shipment, no tracking number, and no clear information. My emails are being ignored, and the only response I receive is to "wait another 5–6 days."

This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Très bons tarifs, délai de livraison correct mais les compliments s'arrêtent ici. Produit arrivé défectueux, j'ai contacté le service client, la réponse est arrivée le lendemain, j'ai envoyé une photo du produit conformément à leur demande puis plus rien mais alors plus rien du tout, le néant. J'ai ouvert un litige Paypal, toujours aucune réponse. J'ai transformé mon litige Paypal en réclamation, ils n'ont jamais donné suite à Paypal, incroyable ! Ils s'en foutent royalement, alors tant que vous n'avez pas de problème tout va bien mais c'est dans ces moments là qu'on peut réellement juger un site marchand.
