Dopo un acquisto, non go ricevuto nulla dopo i tempi dichiarati dal loro sito, quindi mi sono rivolto a PayPal che consiglio vivamente a tutti ho ricevuto il rimborso immediato.

Compra desde Barcelona, España. Llegó mas rápido de lo previsto y en perfectas condiciones, muy bien empaquetado. Las mismas gafas que vi en una óptica, marca original pero mucho mas barata. Sin duda volveré a comprar.

Email nach Bestellung eingegangen dass die Brille zur Zeit nicht verfügbar sein, erst in 20 Werktagen.
Nach 28 und 35 Tagen per Email nachgefragt, wurde keiner Antwort gewürdigt. Gott sei Dank mit PayPal gezahlt, problemlos Geld zurück erhalten.

I ordered sunglasses that were marked as “In Stock”, but after payment I was informed that the item was actually unavailable. I requested a refund, which the store confirmed, but the money did not arrive for more than two weeks. During that time I repeatedly asked for proof of the refund (ARN/RRN or refund receipt), but it was never provided.
I had to start a chargeback procedure with my bank. Shortly after I informed the store about it, the refund finally appeared on my card. In the end I received my money back, but the whole process caused unnecessary stress and took much longer than it should have.

Bril besteld op 24 juli, geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen, wel het geld van de rekening gehaald. Mails gestuurd, geen antwoord. En natuurlijk ook geen bril ontvangen.
Ruikt naar pure oplichterij.

Worst customer experience in a long time. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, but since they took a week to confirm shipment, I cancelled my order before a shipping label had been created. In line with their policy, I expected to receive my refund since the cancelation was made in time. The customer service also confirmed this shortly after. Despite this confirmation and to my surprise, the package was shipped anyway and later delivered to me. When I asked for a return label, I was told return shipping was my responsibility, even though I'd cancelled well in advance and it was entirely their error. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth emails, contradictory responses (at one point they claimed a refund had "already been processed," which wasn't true), and no real resolution beyond "the customer pays." Avoid if you value your time or money.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered two pairs of glasses, but I never received them. Despite not delivering my order, they have also failed to refund my money.
I have sent multiple emails asking for an update and a resolution, but they have not responded to any of my messages. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.
Until I either receive my glasses or get a full refund, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they will finally respond and resolve this issue.

Your team first confirmed in writing that this was not normal. Then another representative claimed it was simply “normal wear and tear.” When I pointed out the contradiction and asked you to honor the warranty, you stopped replying altogether.

I will now file a formal complaint and submit the entire email thread, including the names of every customer service representative who handled my case and the contradictory responses I received.

I’ll make sure every potential customer sees how this company handles legitimate warranty claims.

Sito scam, assolutamente non acquistate mai da questo negozio . Ho effettuato un reso perché il prodotto non era come pubblicizzato e non mi hanno mai restituito i soldi benché abbiano confermato di aver ricevuto il reso.

Worst experience ever! They LOST my sunglasses and I did NOT get a refund, or any solution, they are simply ignoring me and stopped answering emails.
After I ordered, I realized that delivery will take longer than it said on their page, so I had to change the delivery address because I knew I will be traveling from that date. Even though I changed it, they still sent my order to the first address I gave, ignoring my change! So as I wasn't at home when the delivery came, they left it at "some" neighbor, without giving me any info which neighbor it was! So my friend went to my building knocking on doors looking for my package, and nobody had it. I contacted support so many times and they had no information where my package is, super slow answering emails, totally USELESS! They did NOT offer any solution to me! I paid them 111 EUR for NOTHING, wasted my time and money! Unprofessional, unserious, disgraceful!
My order number is IT-2200005699, so you know this is genuine. And I ordered 2 months ago.

In pratica mi hanno rubato le spese di spedizione dopo avermi fatto perdere una vita per spiegargli che gli occhiali erano difettati.
Ho comprato tre paia di occhiali da sole, in ordini separati. Il terzo paio (uguale ai primi due) era chiaramente assemblato con un pezzo sbagliato. L'ho scritto al servizio clienti, con foto per provarlo, e loro hanno ripetutamente negato; ho inviato spiegazioni chiare e foto evidenti (davvero mi chiedo come facessero a non ammettere il difetto: gnorri, a posteriori).
Alla fine ho dovuto restituire con diritto di reso, però pagando di tasca mia le spese di spedizione; quasi peggio il tempo perso a "spiegare" agli gnorri, a cui pensavo bastasse abbondantemente la prima mail.
Non comprerò mai più da questo pessimo servizio.

Purchased Tiffany sunglasses for €220 and the hinges became completely loose within 2 weeks. I asked to send them back and they made the whole process difficult. I then took to a shop and they said they seem fake. I opened a case with PayPal and luckily got my money back. These are not giving me genuine feels

I ordered glasses that were supposed to ship within 4–6 working days. After two weeks with no shipping update, I asked to cancel and get a full refund. They confirmed the cancellation and said the refund would be processed in 3–5 working days, but after that they stopped replying and I still haven’t received it. Very disappointing experience.
