Absolutely no help from customer service. After over 2 weeks (maybe even a month) and multiple messages to them since my initial customer service request, I got a message from them saying the issue was escalated for review, but I heard nothing from them after that. I felt like they intentionally ignored me. I will never shop from these people again.

I was attended by Robin Brok, and he was really helpful whenever I told him my issue with 2 of my orders. I had 2 orders that were missing and he took the time to tell me what the situation was. I will be called back later today in a more detailed manner what has happened with those 2 orders. He was calm and friendly throughout the whole call, very helpful.

I have until now, from every order I have made, recieved 6 out of 8 products; basically everything else except for these 2 items.

So I ordered some figurines from otakusquare which where expected to ship on november 9th. However I never got any update so I looked around on the site and saw this:
"At this moment our customer service is getting swamped with messages about delayed orders, and we understand that your order is important to you. However we'd like to request that you hold off on contacting us about status updates until the 15th of November, at which date we hope to have migrated your orders to our new system and sent out a full overview of your reservations including an up-to-date ETA."

And now nearly a month and a support ticket later still no info. I do not recommend ordering here and if you do decide to take the risk use paypal so you can easily refund when things go south.

I Placed a pre-order several months ago, since the expected release date I have yet to receive any kind of update. I have also opened multiple tickets, to which I have received no response. Unfortunately I can't even get my money back from Paypal as too much time has passed.

Excellent service. Package came save, secure and fast.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely no communication whatsoever, thankfully I paid with PayPal and was able to get a refund.

I've been waiting to receive my order since early September. I've tried to contact the company myself many times over the past 3 months, but to no avail. Early November I decided to escalate the dispute to a mediator of ValuedShops, the quality mark Otaku Square was part of at the time. However, he too wasn't able to reach Otaku Square despite many attempts. As of December 3rd, ValuedShops has revoked their quality mark from Otaku Square, I assume due to their absolutely atrocious customer service (as of writing this Otaku Square still claims to be part of the ValuedShops quality mark on their website, this is however no longer the case so don't be fooled). It's now December and I still haven't received what I ordered, nor have I gotten a refund, or even so much as a reply. I'd advise anyone considering placing an order here to look elsewhere.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
If you ever need to make any changes to your order, just play the lottery you have a better chance there. Contacted them every 5 days on changing an order and always the same answer: "We have forwarded your request on our colleague expect a response in a couple of days."
If you need to order anything from this site, just use a different site (even if it cost more since it would save you the headache and time with dealing with this their customer service) to save your time and mental state.

First time ordering, sadly I didn't think to look up reviews of this store beforehand. I ordered 48 days ago and I haven't had any updates concerning my order since. It was supposed to ship over a month ago. I sent tickets requesting an update but haven't gotten an answer yet. Live chat does nothing other than post some automated messages in dutch. I'll be forced to chargeback if I don't get an update this week.

Heb 2 orders geplaatst bij dit bedrijf. De eerste heb ik met veel pijn en moeite veel te laat ontvangen. Over de tweede order probeer ik nu al een maand meer informatie te krijgen en ik krijg geen gehoor. De klantenservice van dit bedrijf is een ZZPer die je klacht opneemt en dat doorstuurd en waar Otaku Square daarna niks mee doet.

Experienced big uncommunicated delays on orders. I probably sent about 6 mails over the past few months about this and other issues, none were answered.

Got the delayed orders a few months later, no problems there. Customer service is a larger problem, right now it's nonexistent.

Good and quick delivery, sadly a bunch of delays before it finally arrived. Still very satisfied.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Placed an order in September 2020. Over a year later, they still haven't shipped, communicated, or given any indication of why it's 'running late.'

Customer service has ignored my many emails, and the only time I've been able to get ahold of them, they've just gone in circles without ever providing any sort of useful information or solutions.

This was an expensive purchase, so it's a shame that they continue blowing me off rather than doing their job and providing customer service.

This website doesn't know how to talk to the customers, all of there customer representatives doesn't know how answer the questions properly and don't know how to give out appropriate answers that the customers wants. Such a bulls* company. Haven't receive my order til now and it's been close to 2 months since I placed my order. SCAM!

"Fine", just "fine." For 3 months I tried to get my order sent to me. It were Kambe's nendoroids. I wrote about this earlier. The letters were ignored, the calls didn't help, the store doesn't sent the figures. I asked Otaku Square to return the money, they prommesed to call back, and didn’t call back. As a result, I was forced to contact my bank in order to return the money through it. Fortunately, the bank took my side, the money was returned in full, and Otaku Square blocked me.
Unfortunately, I still have one more a fully paid order on € 345.60 in this store 2008487evy2ucvby
This is Hatsune Miku Memorial Dress Ver. Since I am blocked, I do not know what happened to my order, nothing was returned for it, no letters about its current status were received.

Pro: the product is brand new and the shipping was safe. I got its box unharmed. The communication is excellent (replies for emails in hours)

Contra: ETA was 25 of Aug and I received it on 15 of Sep.

Item was sold for a relatively low price compared to other online figure stores. Arrived in perfect condition, and was shipped quickly given the circumstances (took less than a month to get to Australia). Much improved compared to the last time I ordered from this seller. Would definitely buy from them again.

Shipping boxes used are cheap. Need to improve. If it was pourting rain out today I am certain the boxes would easily get soaked and penetrate into the boxes of the figures.

Both figure, and mailing box where damaged when it arrived. I would suggest some sort of filler into the box to protect the figure.

I received the product as expected, as described. All went very well which is excellent
