After a half a year of waiting (totally not their fault, it was a pre-order) they delivered. Throughout this time I was being updated about the delays (covid stuff) and expected delivery time so I knew they remember about my order. The item was in great condition and well packed.

Shopped there 2 times now, and both times, quick delivery, package in tip top shape when I got it, nothing to really be negative about, thumbs up from here.

box was slightly busted but the product and its own box was In perfect condition!

This is the third time buying from Otaku. And when I think I’ve seen it all with customer service, or deliveries, they impress me once more. The delivery was fast. The item inside the box was wrapped perfectly and the customer service through email was respectfully fast. Thank you for another lovely shopping experience.

I waited a little over a month for my bat to come in, but I can understand because of the coronavirus. However, the bat i received is perfect! I absolutely love it. Plus, I received it on Harley Quinn’s birthday, according to the comics! It was pretty cool.

-Item arrived quickly. Was shipped from EUR to USA and took a little under two weeks (I live in the US and expected a long wait due to the current world affairs)

-Box was handled with care upon delivery. Item was protected on all sides with air pouches.

-Unfortunately the figure box had a dent in it. The item wasn't advertised as second-hand, so I'm assuming the air pouches used during transit expanded due to the elevation change and pushed on the figure box. (not a deal breaker for me but other collectors should should be aware that this is a possibility is ordering from outside of Europe.

My Zoro themed baseball cap showed up a month ahead of schedule! (Pre-ordered it)

As I had purchased it as my own birthday present it was a pleasant surprise to have it show up early. Not to mention how great it looks!

Living in the U.S. I was a little worried about the shipping but they packed it up very well. You can tell they care about what they send out. Thank you!

Fast, simple and easy. The price was fair. Only issue is that for packaging they use the small air bag things for protection of the figure boxes. This unfortunately tends to bend or slightly damaged figure boxes. Would much prefer if they used paper or more bubble wrap to protect figures for when in transit. Otherwise a great experience.

Handling time was VERY long due to the current pandemic but the free upgrade to DHL shipping to the US was a great perk and probably saved me around $15-20. Once shipped the package arrived with a lot of packing and very fast. Customer service was great and friendly. One of the few websites that offer a call in window. First call was dropped after 7 min but the second went through after around 5 min.

They try to mitigate bad packaging but sometimes that doesn't even work so ended up with a second broken figurine which I'm kind of sad about.

Cheapest price available and shipping was extraordinarily fast and secure.
