Thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're glad to hear the shipping to Boston was quick. 🌴 It's great to know that three out of the four shirts are fitting well, and we appreciate you highlighting the collar structure on the Bentley, that's one of our favourites too.

We're sorry to hear the Bentley feels tighter around the chest and abdomen compared to the others. While all shirts in the same size should be consistent, slight variations in fabric weave and construction can sometimes affect how a shirt feels on the body. We'd love to look into this properly for you and get it sorted.

Regarding the colour mismatch between the pocket square and socks, we understand how frustrating that must be, especially when both are listed under the same colour name. Variations in fabric type and weave can affect how a colour appears in person, but we recognise that's not much comfort when you're trying to put a coordinated look together, Colin.

We appreciate your comments on the pocket square proportions and fabric as well, and we've noted that feedback for our product team.

On the topic of manufacturing, OTAA products are designed in Melbourne, Australia, and we work with carefully selected manufacturing partners to deliver the quality and value our customers expect. We take the ethical standards of our supply chain seriously and do not condone or support exploitative labour practices in any form.

Our standard ties measure 145 cm (57 inches) in length, which we include in the product details on each listing so customers can check the fit before purchasing. At 184 cm, our ties should generally provide a comfortable length for most knot styles, though we understand that different knot preferences and torso proportions can affect where the tie falls.
