Alpine Loop
Ordered my Green Alpine loop strap and received it 2 days later. Strap is impeccable and service was excellent. My son ate the complimentary chocolate so I can’t comment on that !! Would recommend Ospeka to anyone for this product and will definitely shop from them again

Fantastic company and product
Received my charger today after a very speedy delivery. Opened the box to find a lovely handwritten note and a little chocolate. Such a nice touch. The charger itself is crackin. Looks good. And looks stylish. I would 100% recommend this company and the charger

Order No.#OSP14808 Black Ocean Watch Strap
Order No.#OSP14808 I also have contacted ospekastraps for a refund but have been told to wait until my return is approved and I am sent a returns label,still waiting,the strap I purchased does not attach to my Apple Watch Ultra 2 so is faulty and should be refunded immediately.Have now received a returns label and have sent back watch strap,I know they have received it on the 13/2/24 through tracking and have not heard nothing since, even though e-Mail attempts,very frustrating but not unexpected reading other reviews,don’t expect to hear any more from this company so will chase up refund through PayPal,do not purchase from this company if you like quality or appreciate good customer service.

I ordered a multi charger (phone, watch and iPods). Have had it for less than 2 months and the items are not charging. Have reached out to them but have not heard from them. I feel I have wasted almost £60 and would definitely avoid the company. I wish I had ordered from Amazon!!!!

Customer services…please can someone get back to me and give me a refund
Order number OSP12853 Product/Customer services - poor! I received a faulty Magnetic MagSafe Leather Protective Case for iPhone (green) and emailed straight away on 30 November, (the buttons either side of the case did not work) I had an email response from Ella telling me to request an exchange via the portal. Initially I was happy to receive a replacement but now, over 11 days later I just want to know how I can get a refund as I have lost confidence in Ospeka, they haven’t been in touch since and I’m still trying to find out where to send the faulty case to in order to be refunded. Please can someone respond??
