Zero response - is item safe??
Bought 2 x 3 in 1 foldable charger for iPhone / watch / EarPods.
Watch gets very hot when charging. I’m worried it’s going to cause a problem with the watch or worse a fire.
Emailed them about it - no response.
Very poor.

Prompt delivery and good sizing
Strap arrived in a few days and I was most pleased with the quality and sizing for my wide wrists. Straps ordered from other companies offering straps, have had to be returned as the strap length was too short.

Straps are good but customer service…
Straps are good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I emailed on April 15th (2.5 weeks ago) no reply. I sent a message via Facebook on April 23rd, I replied on the 25th and I’m yet to receive a response.

Non Existent Customer Services
Don’t bother reading the reviews on Ospekastraps.com as they only publish customer 3* reviews and above if you’re lucky. I know all too well as I have left 2 reviews which were sub 3* which haven’t been published. This was after numerous emails to Ospekastraps customer services wanting to resolve a returns issue. After a shaky start (one strap missing from my order) it was quickly resolved and a missing strap was sent out and received in good time. Unfortunately the leather strap for my Apple ultra 2 watch was not suitable. I requested a returns label which was subsequently authorised and sent to me. The returned item was packaged up and returned as per the return instructions the same day as delivery. The package was picked up by EVRI at the InPost pick up point as shown on the tracking on the 14th of April. This is where it all went wrong! Having noticed via the tracking that the package was taking a considerable amount of time to reach Ospekastraps.com. I contacted EVRI on numerous occasion for them to tell me today (11 days after posting) that it looks like the parcel has gone missing. Now, call me old fashioned, but how can a tracked parcel go missing? In the mean time I have emailed Ospekastraps.com 5 times informing them that it appears that the return is taking its time, that I have contacted EVRI, and now it appears the parcel is missing. Nothing. Zilch. No response, Radio silence. Fallen on deaf ears. The bottom line is that Ospekastraps are not responding to my emails requesting my refund for the watch strap that has gone missing being returned to them. The law is, that the seller is responsible for claiming back a refund if they do not receive a return from the courier. It’s not for me to chase EVRI!!!! The seller will see from their tracking that the parcel has gone missing with EVRI and that they should be refunding me for my returned strap. On a positive note, the 2 straps I do have are very good and worth the money. But until I get my refund I stand by my comments that Ospekastraps.com only publish 3* and above reviews on their own website and that their customer services are atrocious. Ospekastraps.com, where is my refund?

Made an order on the 11th March. Their website states delivery in 2-4 working days.
To this day I’ve not yet received the item nor confirmation this has been sent despite sending two emails (no telephone number on their site) and no one coming back to me on this.
Would recommend thinking twice before ordering from this website!!

Bought an alpine loop strap for my apple ultra 2 watch. It Doesn’t fit the connectors properly. They click constantly. The strap itself has started bobbling and fraying after a week. Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all cost. they removed my last review so I’m adding it to trust pilot this time
