Estafa total, cree una pequeña campaña, con el mínimo porque no confío en estas plataformas de marketing y cuando voy a entrar a mi cuenta no me deja acceder, envío email para restablecer mi contraseña y no me llega respuesta, envío email a atención al cliente y me dice Gmail que esa cuenta no existe, no me responden, no tengo acceso, estafa total. No se os ocurra contratar ni suscribirse aquí.

NO ONE TO TALK WITH AND NO STREAMS AT ALL!

I am absolutely disappointed with your service. First of all for the response no-speed you have. Second but much more important is what you call "estimates". As already repeated several times, the estimate of 20K streams is very far from ZERO. I repeat ZERO streams from your service. I realize that the answers you give are already ready but I would very much like to receive one written by a thinking mind and make me understand something more. I realize that there may be problems with this type of service but take care of your customers and if something goes wrong try to fix it by at least returning the sum that your customer invested since I didn't receive a single stream.

After ordering the Basic Spotify package, the song indeed obtained 7 playlist placements within a couple of days, BUT... in the end these placements together yielded no more than 12 streams in total!
The package description mentions an estimated number of streams between 10,000 and 20,000. I know this is merely an estimate, and I know that with organic listeners the number of plays is not quite predictable, but anyhow 12 is a very long way from the lowest given estimate of 10,000!
Very disappointing!

Paid for a Spotify Campaign in November & have not received any streams, nor any communication from the company, though I’ve reached out respectfully several times to inquire. Unfortunately, this seems to be a complete scam. My money was taken, or should I say stolen!!

SCAM, stay away from these scammers

As a curator, my experience with this company is negative, there is a pending payment that has never been made to me even though I have been insisting for months. The positive reviews here are mostly fake and created by them.

If you are an artist who wants to use this platform, avoid running your campaigns in this company, their customer service is bad, they do not respond, you will only lose money and the worst thing is that they do not pay the curators.

We ran a Spotify campaign which produced 0 streams as opposed to 16k advertised. We asked for assistance and a partial refund and the answer was No.

I strongly advise against using the services of Orion Promotion. My experience with this company has been extremely negative, and I feel it is important to share my testimony to prevent other users from falling into the same trap.

The customer service was unhelpful and unavailable when I tried to address my concerns. It seemed that they cared little about customer satisfaction, and their sole interest appeared to be collecting money without providing any real value.

In conclusion, I recommend anyone considering using Orion Promotion to stay away from this company as if it were the plague. Their deceptive practices and lack of business ethics make the entire experience with them extremely negative and not worth recommending. Choosing Orion Promotion is a guaranteed investment only in disappointment and frustration.

I Worked there as curator like a lot of my other friends as well. They haven't been paying us curators for months now, they owe some of us hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately, songs are still coming in, but we curators aren't responding to any songs anymore, they're just taking their money! Please avoid this website, some of us are going to sue the operators from the Netherlands!

after sending them 20+ EMAILS about my "pending payout" (for only 30$😂) they got back to me... they noticed i wrote a trustpilot review, and asked to delete it as they are working on sending me my money.
This was 1 month ago, and i requested my payout in july, 4months ago ! 😅 i'm done sending them emails, now i just want to make sure that they bleed out, and that nobody has to deal with this bulshit.
PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM !

Unique company that manages to use bots and still not deliver streams.

Reading the other reviews it seems that they didnt pay curators and had to start making their own botted playlists. Problem is that these fake playlists appear to have been flagged and frozen. Got a few streams at the beginning (less than 10% of what was paid for) after that they dont respond to any messages.

I've been a curator here and it seemed like a solid company, the first time I asked for my payments everything went fine. However, the second time took really long because they asked me for my ID to get 'verified' before getting the payment. They took 4 months to verify my ID. Bad signal. Then, they refused my payment and never got a reply from them anymore. I sent them all the information they wanted about the promotion of my playlists (facebook ads mostly) and nothing. They owe more more than 1.000$ for my work and they literally won't even reply anymore. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE SCAMMERS, AVOID THEM. Only use legit platforms such as Submithub or Groover or you'll lose your time and your money.

Hi my name is David Escobar I am from Colombia I worked for orion promotions as a playlist curator. They send out songs for artists to curators who gets the music listened to by the public and promises to pay the curator.$ ..it has been 4 months since I tried to cash out my 40 dollars and they keep ignoring me. I have done the work but they refuse to pay me. I am so disgusted that a company can make a curator do all this work usint their time and effort and we use our own money into helping their artist get listeners and then they just dont pay us. They are scamming artists fpr money and getting cutators to do their dirty work for free.

been working with this platform for more than 1 year now, as a playlist curator.
the songs are low quality and I have to send 20 emails and wait 3 months to hopefully get my pay out every now and then. the chat support is dead (only automatic replies). they just don't seem to care, not about artists, and not about curators. avoid this platform, submithub, submit link, groover and playlistpush are definitely the way to go ! way better platforms with good costumer support.

Nothing, no playlist, no streams nothing!!! It doesnt work, I paid 79 Dollar for nothing!

After my review here they came back and promise me they pitch my song in more and better playlists. More than 100 € for ProMotion and the results were: 6 playlist placements only the first day of promotion, a bunch of streams and a lot of time wasted in abysmal custom services, feeling scammed and ashamed to use this kind of companies. AVOID BY ALL MEANS. SAVE your money, time and energy.

After a couple of weeks, my client's band didn't even get more than 1 stream from the Playlists they were added to. Playlists themselves were low quality. One curator even wrote, "does not fit on my playlist, but I'll add it anyway." Playlist had 26 repeats of the exact same song in a row. Other playlists had random joke songs, super offensive music, and Christmas music all mixed together.

My client has used other services that gained thousands of streams / hundreds of followers, and this by far was the weakest performance I've ever seen. Not even a handful of streams.

Once I started complaining about this on their messaging service, they went dark. No replies.

Been active as a curator for more then 1 year. Never received a payment and there’s nobody replying on my messages. The platform is dead.
