Il 21 Dicembre 2024 ho iniziato una promozione spotify del mio ultimo brano, tramite la loro agenzia. Ricevo la mail nel quale mi indicano le playlist che hanno accettato il mio brano. La durata complessiva è stato di 1 mese. Premetto che il mio brano di musica elettronica ha un cantato in Italiano, le playlist erano americane con un range di 500/700 salvataggi ed una media di 50/70 brani. Ricevo una marea di streams totalizzando ben migliaia di streams nel we e il giorno dopo tipo 4 stream. Messaggio su spotify nel quale rilevano stream fasulli e mi tolgono una infinità di stream, giustamente! Fortunatamente non mi rimuovo, almeno fin ora, il brano. Segnalo al sito Orion Promotion il problema chiedendo spiegazioni sia per posta elettronica che nel sito direttamente. L'unica risposta che ottengo è da parte della loro "AI CUSTOMER SERVICE" morale da nessuno e per giunta per chiedermi quale fosse stata la mia esperienza con loro. Ora io sconsiglio dicuore a chiunque questa agenzia. Le recensioni positive che trovate non sono reali credetemi. Buona musica a tutti

NO enviéis vuestra campaña a esta empresa NO os registréis como playlist, no pagan, llevo desde julio 2024 esperando pagos y a día de hoy me dicen que envié correos electrónicos que NUNCA contestan, he optado por enviar a la gente que contacta a través de orionpromotion mi correo de administración de la playlist y atenderles por ahi a traves de planes mensuales y anuales como hago con otros clientes, por si os sirve de algo, son unos estafadores. Para la gente estafada por orionpromotion, a todos los estafados que hayan creado campañas contactarme y os daré un plan mensual de mi lista spotify al 50% Estoy seguro que han usado mi playlist de 6000 oyentes para estafar a alguno, juegan con el negocio de las personas y no me gusta. Disappointing Experience with Orion Distro

Our experience with Orion Distro has been very frustrating. Despite adhering to their terms and paying for a full year of service, we were suddenly informed that they would no longer support our label due to unsubstantiated claims of artificial streaming and high-volume distribution. Their decision to take down our music prematurely contradicts the terms of our agreement. We've tried to resolve the issue directly, but their response has been unsatisfactory. We are now considering legal action.

If you want to get banned from Spotify, this is great! All the playlists are robotic with bots, you will have 1000 plays like in 2 minutes and then the campaign is finished. Also, I tried to contact the support team asking them to remove my song from those playlists but they never answered me. Be careful!!

Absolute scam. I got 0 streams from them and I was placed in 1 fake playlist. They also do not give refunds. Do anything else but give money to these people.

Era curador en este sitio, me pago la 1ra vez a los 3 meses de solicitado el pago y despues no me pago nunca mas. 6 meses mandando mensajes y nada. Con los artistas no se como seran pero con los que trabajamos para ellos un desastre. No recomiendo nunca este sitio.

Absolute scam. They claim to hit the estimated numbers on your campaign but they won’t come anywhere close. I think I got maybe 10 total streams from them. They also said I got placed on playlist but could not send me the links to a single one so I could verify. They also do not give refunds. Do anything else but give money to these people.

TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY. Their curators are fake. Their responses are one line nonsense and fake. Their playlists they put you on dont actually exist. And the ones that do have 5 listeners. There is no customer service. You write emails and they dont reply. I'm calling amex to dispute the payment and also reporting to BBB and anywhere else i can.

Es una estafa total, dicen que sus listas tienen oyentes y es falso, desde la estimación de visitas hasta las listas parecen echas por cualquier persona sin ningún tipo de guardados ni repercusión, total vergüenza para estos que se hagan llamar empresa de promoción... no tires tu dinero , yo lo hice y me arrepiento enormemente, además no existe devolución en los términos...UNA ESTAFA DE SERVICIOS

Wish I checked this before give them what I don't really have.. misleading. promised a high reach (over 5000) campaign receive 4 streams in total. absolute crap service. don't trust them.

Didnt see a single stream come in from the "placements" they gave me, was placed on 11 playlists (30k+ listeners) and didnt see a stream from any of them. Coincidentally my song was removed from Spotify one week later. No refund was given
