I generally don’t take time to write reviews, but in this case I will. I have purchased every ice mold, tray, gimmick, on the market. None of these items has ever kept ice lasting longer than five minutes in a glass of bourbon. I was very skeptical about paying this kind of money for a single ice mold, but I went on a whim and must say I am completely satisfied. The ice that comes out of these molds lasts almost 2 hours. I have sent ordered additional orders and referred customers to them to purchase. If you are on the fence about making a purchase, let me be the one to push you over the edge and make you hit that by now button. You will not be disappointed.

The glazer is outstanding. I have purchased several molds and they are easy to make and fantastic looking. My friends love the cocktails when I use these.
Compared to molds I have used in the past these are much smaller and don't take up valuable freezer space. Definitely will purchase again.

I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews and seeing the customers photos, I gave it a try and I’m glad I did. First off, let me say that I’ve tried a lot of ice molds and nothing compares to the quality of the Ori Future. Other products are cloudy, the spheres are not round and you can see where the ice has been molded together. With Ori Future, you get nothing but a crystal clear ice sphere, which is so clear it disappears in your drink and looks amazing! Second, the Ori Future ice spheres and cubes last so much longer in your drinks then other ice molds and will not dilute your alcohol. I have both the sphere and the cube and I can’t say enough good things about it. Lastly, the price is amazing as well, you definitely can’t beat it. Let’s also talk about the silicone ice bag. It keeps your cubes fresh without the freezer burn. Look no further, Ori Future is “THE FUTURE!!”

The large size is nice, the ice lasts a long time and it comes out mostly clear. I’ve been using for a few months and found starting from a room temperature insulator results in a better freeze and clarity in the final product.

You need strong hands to break the ice loose from the mold sleeve, or need to leave it at room temperature for a few minutes.

Molds: sphere, cube*, D20
*not perfectly a cube, mold has a slight taper on the top to facilitate bubbles to escape when filling.

A friend of mine sent this to me knowing I’m a huge DND nerd. I was a little skeptical. I’ve had these eyes multiple before and they were a little bit hanky. This one does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Looks great super easy easy release of ice from the mold and filling it back up and putting it back in the freezer you are ready to roll almost immediately great product. Can’t wait to see what comes next from you guys. Highly recommend it.

I was really suprised how much Oris product improves Drinks. 4+ Hours are normal for clear ice cubes :)

I saw these and decided to give it a try, and am I glad I did! I have 6 of the Mini Glazers now, and keep them in rotation. The crystal clear ice is amazing to look at and lasts much longer in a glass. As a hint, try distilled water, boil it twice, and allow it to cool before filling the molds.

Originally, I had rated two stars because the company had messed up my order. Since then, the company made good on fulfilling my correct order. Instead of two stars, I will give the company four stars.

Great product, and even better, they initially sent the wrong mold (I wanted the golf ball) they immediately responded to my email, said they would send a new one, and that I could keep the barrel shaped mold for free due to their mistake. They immediately shipped a new one and I received it a few days later! Incredible service and great product. Couldn’t be happier.

The customer service has been outstanding. The products I ordered were the Glazier minis. I ordered 3 of them plus an extra order of liners. One of the items I received was the wrong item. Ori customer service immediately sent out the correct one without the inconvenience of having to go out of my way to return the incorrect item. Thank you for the fast delivery and fast order correction.

The clear ice making is really easy and the shapes look really cool and last for a good time on your drink.
About PR, I ordered a 5 shape piece set and unfortunately I got delivered two of the same, so I had 4 shape instead of 5. BUT when I let the PR team know they sent me for free the missing shape of my set !!!

I have previously written here warning buyers to wave off this company, that it was a scam and I had not received my product. AND I was insulted and frustrated by their customer service team, as well. LET ME AMMEND that statement... I was only previously in touch with one person (who has since been let go), and they were the ones that were terribly rude and dismissive of me with my issue. I posted a couple of more times on different platforms and was contacted by another employee at ORI Future, and the entire situation was completely resolved, I received my product (plus!), and their communication was wonderfully flawless! So many companies ignore the fact that customer service should be taken more seriously, that it can make or break a reputation. I appreciated their honesty, their swift action, and the kindness they showed me. Thank you, ORI Future, I will be back!

Great product, really easy to use, doesn’t take up too much space in the freezer. Tips that helped me: 1). Use boiled tap water that’s been cooled 2). Push plastic lining in all the way 3). Freeze slowly 4). Take pictures and send them to customer support cause they can troubleshoot what problem you might be having so that your ice is be as clear as possible

Update: I was able to get in touch with customer support after my original post. They were responsive, and shipped the missing mold quickly. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4.

Placed an order for two of the molds and some plastic liners. Order arrived with only one of the molds. Sent two e-mails, no reply. Tried the online chat option on their site. The bot asked for contact information and then goes silent. No replies to any input. For those that had a good experience, I'm happy for you. For anyone considering placing an order, I'd recommend looking elsewhere as customer service seems to be nonexistent. The mold I did get was nicely built, but only half the ice comes out clear. I'd recommend looking elswhere

These Ice Molds are amazing. Make sure to read the instruction book and use the tips they have on the website. The Ice comes out crystal clear!!

I WANT TO HIGHLY WARN BUYERS!!! BEWARE!!!!! This company is ripping people off! I originally pledged on Kickstarter but never received my items — even though I spent a lot of money! I tried for 11 months to either get a refund or receive my items, but all they said was "that it shipped and was delivered, and there was nothing else they would do about it." I never received it; there was never a delivery notification (from ANYONE) about it, nor a heads-up about shipping it. All I have received from them is negativity, lies, and then straight-up ghosting.

Not completely clear ice, top 2 3rds is clear, I had the skull, the base was cloudy. There was still some water in the bottom of the cup, so it wasn’t left too long, it just shows there is either not enough room in the reservoir, or it is freezing too uniformly, ie not directional (top down)
I have a true cubes box which is proper directional freezing and it always perfect.

Update to the review, added 2 stars as although my experience wasn’t fully clear ice, after reaching out they have helped me try rectify the problem, offered a replacement or refund with lots of ideas to try and sort the issue.
Customer service is top notch which makes me a lot happier with my experience

This is my seventh order from this company. The delivery is super fast as usual, and the ice turns out crystal clear. I also bought a smoker from ori, and honestly, it feels far too premium compared to any torch smoker or other type of cocktail smoker I've used. If you haven't tried this type yet, you definitely should!
