Outstanding customer service. Amazing and creative product catalog!

The mini ice molds work great and do not take up too much space in the freezer! The hardest part is choosing which shape to put into your glass. We have several (the sphere, barrel, square, D20).

Wonderful product! Our freezer is a little colder than recommended, do we just put a little insulation around the metal and we have beautiful clear ice.

Great products and excellent customer service. All of my orders arrived on time and as expected. I have seven Glazer mini molds and have bought several as gifts. I highly recommend their products.

If you take a bit of time to test out different approaches then this product produces brilliant results. I've found using boiled water that has been allowed to cool (not completely) and putting it in the door of my freezer rather then the main space itself produces perfectly clear ice. I have the freezer set to -14 degrees C. On top of that the customer service is excellent and has been really helpful in improving the quality of the ice.

Ok look this thing is either brilliant or evil! It's so easy to use its getting used daily.

Ok so great product and LOVE the company. Customer Service was super helpful and truly care that you get a great product. I'll def buy more from the company as they really seem to care and I want to support that. I use my Glazers constantly and toss in a bag for parties and it's always a hit. Learned some great info that I'll toss below for anyone else.
Make sure the mold warms up again a little before putting back into the freezer (room temp is fine). This helps minimize little bubbles on the outside edge.
If you have the option try to keep it in the middle of the freezer and/or in a freezer that isn't opened constantly.(if not just make sure you give it plenty of time). I have kids lol.... nuff said there.

I LUST for a chunk of crystal clear ice for the longest time now- it remained out of reach as I tried everything to make my clear ice. Nada, nothing worked. I have no idea how I found this business. At first thought I was looking at a furniture website. I saw the presses, but I couldn't get my hands on clear ice to press. Bugger. Then I saw the mini glazer! Bloody hell! It had everything built in. Within minutes I had a D20 mini on order. It arrived pretty quickly (Thanks Ori!), looks a million dollars and was in the freezer within 20 minutes. My first CIB had a little opaque ice in the bottom but I managed to eliminate that by playing with the freezer settings to make it slightly warmer, slowing the rate of freezing. Then I bought the iconic ball and it hit the spot HARD. Awesome results; bought ANOTHER ball! I did find that my D20 loses its numbers quite fast because they are very shallow., hopefully that can be sorted. I'd also like to be able to purchase a bulk pack of plastic inserts, they don't last long if used as directed. The support mob are very responsive and great to interact with. You've made me a happy man! I'm going to grow my collection of balls. Love them!

Was looking for ice molds and as usual, advertisements started popping up on instagram. Wasn’t disappoint with my purchases! What a great product for whiskey lovers, not to mention the comments I get on how nice and clear the ice is for my other whiskey loving guests. Customer support is very friendly and helpful too. Won’t hesitate to purchase more in the future. Great work team!

I bought the Glazer Mini through Kickstarter. I really liked the idea of what it can do.

I then got it, and I was disappointed because I couldn't make clear ice cubes like it was intended to.

I was then sent the Clear Ice Cap.

I was excited to try again. The cap was what I needed. Now my ice cubes are clear.

I am now inspired to use the Glazer Mini again.

Love the Halo smoker, so much so, I ordered 2 more (1 for each son)! Ori Future is a great company to work with. I had lost my combustion tray to the smoker and submitted a query to find out how to get a replacement. They responded by saying they found my order for 2 more smokers and included some trays in that order. I didn't ask them to do that, they just did it on their own. That is GREAT Customer Service. Thank you Ori Future!

Very personalized experience from a sales process. What stands out above everything else is the quality of the product.

There are many options promoted on-line. This one works. The ice is Crystal clear every time.

The designs are great. I got my first mold last year as a gift and have since bought 3 more with different molds. Ori Future has improved the quality of the molds and the plastic cups considerably in just this short time. Very impressed.

I have always been weary of purchasing from any advertising on social media. This product far exceeded my expectations. The cubes truly come out glass clear. Also the few interactions that I’ve had with their customer service were answered promptly and professionally. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

I got the Ice Press master bundle. It has everything you could need or want. I was amazed that even with normal tap water my finished ice products were completely clear, no need for boiling or using distilled water. I only had one small issue with the product but the company took care of it immediately. Very pleased so far. If you don’t want to spring for the master bundle, at minimum get the press and one or two of the clear ice molds that produces the 3 inch squares. This is the minimum needed I believe. The tray is nice to have the water somewhere to go while the ice is melting but you could probably do it in the sink if it is near power. It would be a lot messier for the unit too. You also need ice tongs to pull the sphere or whatever shape out of the hot ice mold, but if you have one already you should be good. Would definitely recommend!

I’m very successful in making clear ice. I use reverse osmosis water and let it set at room temp before putting in the freezer. No boiling!!

It’s impressive how consistently it works, and the smaller format is perfect for everyday use without sacrificing that premium look.

Ori Future has a knack for making bar tools that feel both innovative and reliable. If you enjoy well‑crafted drink accessories that add a touch of refinement, their products are absolutely worth it.

Product makes great clear ice, even using tap water. There is some minimal work that may need to be done {i.e. letting ice melt a bit so that is not so "dry) to make the ice "drink-ready" but the results are amazing. The slight downside is that it does take about 24 hours for each piece (so plan ahead for parties) and also some of the shapes offered are rather largeish for some drinkware. This is still a great product for clear ice that is very inexpensive compared to other like others in this market.

Bought several as gifts and they were a hit!

Seeing the ad campaign, I had to try them. I have the Christmas pack with Santa, snowman and a tree. All are very detailed! you have to use bottled water, also let it freeze for at least 24 hours. Set it and forget it. When it's done and you crack it open, Wow! It was so cool! Hit of the party! And it lasted a pretty long time! It's a big hunk of clear ice! It's pretty wild! Now when we host, it's a race to see who can get to them first!! The containers are like a beer can in your freezer, they fit well for me! I can't wait to try non holiday versions. I'm hooked!

At first I used softwater. Came out a little cloudy. Then used filtered reverse osmosis water came out clear with some air bubbles. Found best results with distilled water
